Policeman lie on police reports all of the time besides there would be nothing wrong with taking him to a hospital because there are other policemen there at the hospital as well for prisoners. So you would be getting sued and lose the lawsuit just as they will. The only thing if he was faking is he would have went to the hospital faking and still would have went to jail. She even told him that he is still going to jail meaning that if he went to the hospital he is still going to jail.

A female officer pulled him over which enraged him and he took off from the traffic stop and went home. After backup arrived, he chose to belittle her like she was the problem and not him.
