Just followed this guide and am charging the new battery. Everything seems to be working fine, I was careful with the board and it was pretty easy. I'm glad i didn't have to buy a whole new speaker but they should make battery replacements easier, theres already too much unnecessary e waste.

I miss him too. When I met him it was like meeting a lost brother. He was easy to get along and I believe he was the kind of guy that would give you the shirt off his back.
