One regret I have is that I didn't eat healthy most my life. I am 68, this year a breast cancer survivor, but I deal with lymphedema and severe IBS and I cannot go out to eat unless it's close to the house. You're in my prayers. 🙏❤

Hey Brother, i can say that Non-Alcoholic drinks are good. I buy the No Alcohol whiskey and you cant really tell the difference. Keep on keeping on my friend.
