Greetings and welcome to my channel.
I have three bands/projects - Dorje (Proggressive Metal/rock), Clockwork Wolf & Co (Blues Grunge) and Monkey Lord (Instrumental Ambient Soundscape Guitar)
I'm the founder/owner of Chapman Guitars and you may see me demonstrate guitar gear for Andertons and Thomann from time to time.
I want the first robot version of Rob when its made...What a fine chum to have around......The Perfect companion...😊 Such a Happy Chappy and Positive Inspiration ....❤
What a great video. You actually shed new light on an oft-discussed topic... Keith is a songwriter guitarist. It's all to serve the song. They're aren't many guitarists like that. That "other" British band had two great guitarists who did the same. There aren't many guitar players who do it, because it requires an amazing ability to listen and a lot of humility.
Picked one up brand new from a gentleman that said his was to heavy and he wasn't sending it back so I acquired it from him thinking I might as well get a chapman for this price and new? And I am So glad I did. Standard/Indonesian or whatever, this guitar is a hidden Gem. Best feel I've ever played. 👏
I use my gamma pedals with my Yamaha FS830 acoustic guitar. My three are the Eros, Narcissus and the Bacchus. These pedals really bring out some kick ass sounds.
Rob, in its a small world, first, I have met Brian May (in 1994 while he was on solo tour) giving him a letter and CD from my band then. There was a tribute song to Queen called Her Majesty I wrote. Six months later he wrote me a letter (very kind and always a gentleman) and I still have the letter. I first saw Queen (Thin Lizzy opening) in 1977 in Dallas at age 12. My first concert. Also, just yesterday I was at GC in Dallas where I was buying a Lion but was telling them how I was able to get some nice tones out of a Katana 100 for home recording (using recording out). They mentioned Chapman guitars visit and request for Katanas (which helped sell 30 guitars in first day). I'll try this as well for home / home studio applications. Thanks and Cheers!
I wouldn‘t care, if you would get it wrong and I believe most people watching your videos would think the same way. Carry on and be more incorrect or not.👍🏼😁
End of an era? There’s always some huge, consequential announcement or existential emotional position to talk about. Chapman Guitars seem to be the personality disorder of the music world🤘
Help a Guitarist support other Guitarists and come and check out my review of the Fender USA standard Strat. - ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-I2mgtlSNYho.htmlsi=Cl3bcyBpmLPEEnPe Thank you!
Definitely the Trigger’s Broom of guitars. :) Sad that, like a lot of companies, COVID has taken its toll on the production. Never played a Chapman guitar, but they’ve always looked good.
