Thank you. I decided to take a break until January with my home piano studio after a summer of caring for my husband at home until his passing in august. I had NO idea how ‘trashed’ I was. I might need even more time than that.
Lovely to hear this and I am so glad you joined Lucy and I for practice. Please reach out with any questions or if you would like some practice recommendations and welcome to our studio! Aprille
The miauw at the end of the practice ♥️♥️♥️ I miss my sweet big black Balloo terribly. And sometimes I just stare at the screen during poses to check the cats ♥️ love it
Wow, that was really a great flow! Thank you so much. I really liked the longer savasana at the end. So many don't take the time and it's so important. Namasté 🙏💕
I absolutely agree and I LOVE savasana. I actually have been considering extending the length of savasana in video practices so thanks for your feedback.
This is so soothing exactly what I needed. I had a dance performance 24 hours ago and my body is aching, because the floor is so hard❤ thank you Aprille.
hi Aprille I had quite a sore spot between my neck and shoulder blade, which i think is due to sleeping on my side and the computer work. This session really helped lossen it all up ❤
Thank you Gilda! Calf smashing is still a super great way to release tight calves and I am so happy to hear you are still doing it : ) Have a great week!
Wow! Aprille, the poem could be interpreted as a description of what we have called ‘death’. I think in the future we will look at it quite differently as I believe we are in a shift of consciousness.
