I've been sent to Physical Therapy enough times for my low back pain to know that *STRENGTH* is the *ONLY* cure. My PT told me if I could only do *one* exercise, "Sit-To-Stands" are the most important one.
Hey i have high arches and I'm doing many exercise like ball roll, calf stretches , bottle freeze and many more and toe spreader too but cannot get rid of it so can you suggest some more exercise
I’m glad I found this video! I have high arches and hypermobility in several joints, including my knees and ankles. I don’t have access to a specialist at this time, so I’m glad to see there are some exercises I can begin doing at home.
