This IS lung point sign. The patient in question had a 2 cm thick PNTH on the affected side. No diaphragm on this video, as it was recorded too anteriorly to be seen.
you would not see lung sliding. just think like when you see pneumothorax and effusion with it. blood will go below due to gravity, you can differentiate it like that. if you slide the transducer below no lung sliding, just hypoechoic image.
