@@BrotherIndiaOffice Don't apologize, that was actually meant as a compliment to how powerful this model is. I mean I used it to make 8 practice business cards last night, and when I hit 'print', before I could blink, it was done...that's fabulous. I'm more than happy with this printer.
The crazy thing, is I live in a small 1 bedroom apartment and I just bought one of these today... I don't know, I just like printers and have always wanted a office one in my place. Paid a bit over $500. oo for it. Today, stores like Office Max, Best Buy, etc, their floor personal really lack salesmanship skills. They think everyone who enters the store is a thief, and thus spend all their time watching people instead of engaging with and helping people find the products they need. If I ever applied for and worked for a tech store, sales would go up on my shift by 20-30%, just cause many miss the days of old fashion customer service...

i have two Bother Hl T4000DW when am running the printer in Grey scale (Black)it consume other colours also, is there any way to stop consume other colours, in 11 months of time i have crossed 1 lakh copy, so i have little knowledge on this printer, like other printers spars for this printer is not easily available like pickup roller and header to direct costumer if brother make it avilable to anyone directly to customer anyone have right to repair this will be helpful, am satisfied with the printer , compare to other printer this one have good and many option . Here spares only problem we are always want to depend service centre
