This is SOOOOOOOOOO true. Especially for us fine hair girlies, a wash-n-go CAUSES problems, and we can moisturize each night and last 2 weeks, instead of trying desperately to keep something that only lasts a few days.
My hair regimen is very simple. I wash my hair every two weeks. I put it up in a protective style. Lately it’s been stretched styles. I oil my hair every couple days. And that’s pretty much it. I rinse and repeat. lol and thank you 😊

Oil treatment should be done before you wash your hair. If you’re going to do it after, you would still have to go back in the shower and rinse it off. That would be effective as well, but extra work.
