I make videos on the things I'm interested in. Self-actualization, productivity, lifestyle, health & fitness, content creation, entrepreneurship & more.
I discuss my experiences and share what I've learned so that we can grow together and become the best versions of ourselves.
Whatever you've done to your skin, please stop. It makes you look like a smooth barbie doll. Takes away all the texture from your skin, takes away from your manliness and makes you look like a girl. Not that looking like a girl is bad. If you're up for that, definitely go for it. Just letting you know.
Unfortunately I have zero balance. I'm an all or nothing. 1 piece of game no the whole pack. 1 beer no 12 pack. I'm an extremists now working 80 hours a week yes I've done it between two full time jobs. Can be good can be bad.

To anyone who is watching and reads my comment… this video is regarding gaming ADDICTION. Just like not everyone is addicted to alcohol, not everyone is addicted to video games. This video is made for the people who have REALIZED they have an addiction and don’t know how to take action. To the creator of this video, props to you. You did an amazing job. Thank you.
I think the main reason to quit playing video games, are the agenda driven identity politics inserted into them. Followed closely by micro-transactions, 60+ hours to get through a single player game, broken on release day, $70 premium price, pay to win, strikes and bans for saying mean words, the list goes on and on and on!
I play video games and practice playing guitar. Would you say that me playing guitar is a waste of time if I dont go pro? Probably not and most people would recommend someone play any type of instrument. I feel like video games and playing a musical instrument as a hobby are the same but no one would say playing an instrument is a waste of time. You have to play for your own self fulfillment, not to reach some some unobtainable end game. I realized this long ago when I played world of warcraft, I would waste so much time on 40 man raids only for them to release an expansion pack and suddenly all the gear I obtained became obsolete. Developers know this and that never ending quest to get the best gear or the "meta" will consume you. Same as playing a musical instrument, your quest to imitate a guitarist will consume you if you dont play for your own fulfillment. Stop chasing the dragon and see the forest for the trees.
Did i hear well that you have wake up alarm for 6 am and get up alarm for 9 am? This is a whole new level 😂😂😂 My wake up and get up alarms are only 15 minutes apart.
The portion about books and video games.... Whoo boy. It's so interesting to hear another perspective on it. I used to be addicted to books like a lot of people are addicted to social media/video games. I would read 7-12 hours a day, even while eating, and often staying up late to finish a book. I found them so thoroughly engaging that in-between reading sessions I wouldn't feel like I was in the real world at all. I hated the feeling so I would grab another book and keep reading. I thought it was superior to all other media because of how thoroughly I could escape into it. I would be praised for that behavior too, since 'reading is good for you!'. I wasn't able to quit until I graduated college and had a full-time job- because I no longer had access to a library, but also because I realized that it was actually debilitating my ability to accomplish literally anything else. Of course, that was fiction, and maybe you mean just reading nonfiction. I do think the amount of escapism is different- especially for selfhelp/historical documents. Ironically, I ended up using videogames to help break up my addiction to books. I play for about half an hour a day before bed, and it helps me resist the urge to read 'just one more chapter' and reading past my bedtime lol
As a you-tuber beginner and someone who is addicted to productivity videos, I want to say your video is absolutely inspiring. Messages are clearly presented without being too dramatic nor boring. Keep it up!
I'm in my first year of university and I haven't studied anything because it's very difficult for me to focus on studying. Now it's too late to make amends and I feel guilty about it. But I will still try to do my best
Can you please help me make a schedule to where i can spend time in each thing thet matters (exactly like you, fsmily, youtibe, business, etc ) i feel so overwhelmed, then i get in ruts, then feel like a failure if i don’t finish, i tried sm schedules but can’t find something that works. Please help 😣
Dude you can literally say this with any form of media or entertainment if you’re consuming it too much then yeah becomes a problem. You could binge watch Netflix all day long and say the same exact thing in my opinion games are the best form of entertainment and always are continuing to become more and more immersive.
Working only 40h a week allows you to do anything you want if you’re disciplined (and not very disciplined). Try working 70+ hours a week, there’s no way to do anything that you want
Huh. I can’t see that. Even if it was true that’s extremely rude and has zero to do with his content. He is generating some original takes in what is quite a crowded field on productivity. Be a bit more kind.
@@void54517 it’s rude, please keep your curiosity to yourself. You wouldn’t ask a person in your office or on the street that, so don’t do it on RU-vid. Making comments about people’s appearance is not OK.
