Sir goodmorning..my company stopped me from working on 1th January 2024 .i sat 2month while am not working but they were paying me .letter they called me and asked me why i was not working i told my hr that the company stopped me then he found out that i was getting sararly while i was not working .so he was mad at me and he chased me away to go back to my camp boss then i told him i need to cancel he chased me.letter then my camp boss filed it for me ..then i knew i have cancelled so i started working on my employment 2years visa again ..but the visa was getting rejected almost 5tyms so i tried to check out my visa status was violated i thought maybe because am in 10days overstay but up to now am in 2month with overstay fine but my visa still is rejected what should i do pliz.
Kindly note your wueis not clear to me how you was working on employment visa and visa rejected? Either you was working on tourist visa? or they didn't change your status? They stopped you working with giving any warning letter?

Are you on tourist visa or cancelled visa in both cases if you are overstayed you could have fine or absconding, absconding can't be check online, you must get report from ICP.
Hi, thanks for the video. I have an expired file where my file status shows cancelled after entry. I exited the country but I'm trying to apply for visit visa, it got rejected once and the reason is 'Rejected to receive'. Any idea what could be the reason for this and where can I go to solve the matter? My previous company has done all the cancellation process from their end. Any help would be appreciated please.
@@smart1971 sir it's possible to get approval at attested degree but not attested in UAE Mofa because I did later or can company upload my attested degree later or wait for rejection or approval?
@@ZeeshanHurmaz attested degree from UAE MOFA and UAE embassy from your country is mandatory, otherwise approval will be rejected or incomplete application returned back.
Don't worry follow which is active when pre approval coverted into electronic Work permit the system show cancelled and other active because its validity is two months only both have reverse cases.
hello I have confusion I have cancelled one of our employee coz she is medically unfit and she had only the entry permit. I am cancelling her now but it is saying visit required. It is not saying which center of gdrfa she needs to visit and cancellation is not yet approved also.
The transaction is rejected by the Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship due to not accompanied by good conduct certificate. What does this mean?
Kindly note if you are inside uae or outside, provide police clearance certificate along with application submission in next attempt, as far as I know this is required when you are applying WorkPermit under domestic workers categories.

Salaam. I'm french living in the UK and going to Pakistan this summer, arriving in Lahore airport 10 July and leaving from Islamabad airport a month later. My worry is that I also wish to travel to India for a few days, mostly Indian Punjab from Lahore using the Waga-Attari land border and back. My worry is about this single entry E-visa or Visa on Entrance. This is not enough as I would not be allowed to return to Pakistan from India once I leave it first time. How can I be issued a multiple entry visa or at least a double entrance visa? I don't see anything like this on the Pakistan High Commission??? Also, once In return to Pakistan, after my Pakistani/Indian touristic journey, I will go to Azad Kashmir around Mirpur as I am invited for a wedding. Do I need anything further to enter Azad Kashmir? Kindly note in this case you must apply Pakistan multiple entry tourist visa online and if you wish to visit through Wagha boarder to India, you may go and come back to Pakistan as you have had multiple entry visa, and if you wish to visit Azad kashmir, you must mention in your application by entering address of Azad kashmir stay with a check mark in application. As far as my knowledge now all visas are online, you may also check with your local Pakistan high commission if they are giving direct facility of Pakistan visa. Single entry visa is not enough for this purpose, you will not be allowed to enter back to Pakistan.
Hi Again. I hope you are well. I have applied for my tourist double/ multiple entry E-visa now. Request sent Saturday 22 June. Flight is booked for Tuesday 9 July, that is in 17 days but I will only Land in Pakistan on the 13 July as having a few days stop over in Saudi Arabia on my way. Do you know the current processing time? High Commission indicates 5 to 10 working days but I could see online people indicating it took them 5 weeks. 😱 If I'm unlucky not to receive my tourist visa on Time, Can I then start a New visa request and Ask for the ETA visa, that is, the Visa on arrival as this one is delivered within 36 to 72 hours but provides only for a single entry? Or if I do this, everything will be cancelled? And do you think I can depart from my London airport if I dont have my Pakistan visa? I already got the stop over visa for Saudi. @@mireille6643 kindly note visa is mandatory to enter into Pakistan, within , 5 to 10 days working , visa will be approved if your application is complete with documents and data. You cannot apply ETA now with one passport number unless your first application is rejected or approved. ETA is valid 90 days from issuance, but stay is 30 days only. Reviews are for incomplete applications. Always book the ticket after getting visa. Now you have to wait hopefully your visa will be approved.
I have got one multiple visit visa to Bahrain. When I exited Saudi Arabia, I used my Exit-Reentry, but when I entered Bahrain, they didn't see my visa printout. Please confirm has my visa enrolled in my passport from Bahrain after issuing it? How would I know if they have used my one year multiple visa to get an entry in Bahrain. It's urgent as my saudi exit-reentry has already expired.
Kindly note you must provide them your visa print out with having their stamp on it, this is boarder issue but in that case you must check bahrain immigration department of your visa status and show your exit stamp from Saudi Arabia immigration.

As far as I understand your query, Kindly note if you entered on tourist visa and you get job offer, your company must apply your employment visa inside country and change your status but if you entered on employment visa no need to change your status but you can't process with new company visa unless your existing employment visa will be not cancelled.

Pre approval will cancel after two months if company don't submit further process, there will be no issue for you, but you may complain to MOHRE as you signed offer letter and company wasted your time, then they will decide.
Hi, In your title picture you mentioned not for Dubai. What is the procedure for Dubai? Can we enter from any other emirates like Abu Dhabi if it’s not valid for Dubai?
Kindly note this online procedure if your residence visa is from Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and other emirate not for Dubai residence holders, for Dubai visa holders, you may check with your local Emirates Embassy in your country, if they are issuing lost Passport permit.
Sir today i get two years resident visa in UAE,in top UID number they mentioned Emirates I'd number so ,do i have to chnage something or its okay not issue in future
