Hello, I got job offer and visa from company A but I did not join and I have file status: Canceled before entry. Now after 10 days I have a new job offer from company B, will company B come to know of my previous canceled status from my company A? Will my new employment visa processing have any issue?

Kindly note if company A cancel your entry permit and labour work permit, then Company B , may have information about your previous cancellation while searching your data.

hello I have confusion I have cancelled one of our employee coz she is medically unfit and she had only the entry permit. I am cancelling her now but it is saying visit required. It is not saying which center of gdrfa she needs to visit and cancellation is not yet approved also.

Did you first cancel her work permit or only entry permit? And What is Unfit reason?

Hi, thanks for the video. I have an expired file where my file status shows cancelled after entry. I exited the country but I'm trying to apply for visit visa, it got rejected once and the reason is 'Rejected to receive'. Any idea what could be the reason for this and where can I go to solve the matter? My previous company has done all the cancellation process from their end. Any help would be appreciated please.

Kindly also check your Labour card Cancellation status, file status showing Cancelled after six months automatically.

Hello sir, my visa file status is canceled after entry just 2 days ago, but until now i ddnot exit the country or change status, and now i got a new job offer. my question sir is my new company can process my new visa or convert it to residence visa?

As far as I understand your query, Kindly note if you entered on tourist visa and you get job offer, your company must apply your employment visa inside country and change your status but if you entered on employment visa no need to change your status but you can't process with new company visa unless your existing employment visa will be not cancelled.

I came here with visit visa sir then i got a job offer and they gave me 2 months employment visa but I ddnot continue to work due to personal reason and they ask me to pay the cost and they canceled my visa. now my visa status is Canceled after entry, should I exit the country and change status to visit visa again or my new company can apply me for new employment visa or residence visa? thanks sir

@@jhonreycatandijan5036 kindly note the safe side is to take tourist visa again after employment visa Cancelled after entry, and later take new employment visa inside country.

If you are inside uae your fine start after last date of exit, pay fine and exit on outpass, if you exit without paying fine, you will be blocked and cannot come back again as per rules.
