Spot & stalk deer is an enormous challenge. Seriously, one of the most important things a bow hunter needs to do is become one with the environment. You video makers are really hurting yourself by NOT BEING IN COMPLETELY CAMOUFLAGE! Always seems your face and hands are shining like lights in the video. No one cares about your face. They want to see you shoot a deer. And moving through the terrain like on a Sunday afternoon hike is not the thing to do. With those grunting bucks you know their vicinity which cuts your time down looking for them. I’ve bow hunted more than 50 years and learned long ago you can’t just stroll around like a movie set and expect to even get a shot. Get into the character of being an apex predator. Every move is thought out. Move slow and easy. You KNOW what you should really be doing so bloody do it. GOOD LUCK👍👍👍
This is BS the muley herds are massive!. I can show you a place where the hills are loaded with hundreds of muleys. Every town and city has lots of them. But the government thinks it’s 1999 still.
I don’t know what to say about you, but try to tell that to the wolfs and other predators that hunting is cringe and that they should stop. Don’t forget we are also animals, and we need to eat meat to survive just like them. Unless you’re one of those “Vegans”, I don’t care what you eat, just leave meat lover alone and we’ll leave you alone.” 😊🍗🥩🍖🍔🥓🐄🐓🐖
Serious question, should we be interfering with the natural order if we're to respect the balance of nature? That's generally a good hunter's goal. Survival of the fittest kinda deal?
I couldn't make it two minutes into this bullshit. You're out here bow hunting and you come across an easy kill, and you decide to save it for internet likes. The fucking thing tries to stab you in the throat with his antlers, and you're like "oh man, it just doesn't realize that we're trying to help it." Dude it's a forest rodent, a big one. You kill it and you eat it, you don't fuck around with it for social clout on the internet.
Good job guys. Young millennial & Gen X men like you are a testament to the fact that we are indeed leaving the future of our planet and it's people in the right hands. You've made your parents proud by your actions. We can all see that they built a strong, ethical foundation under each of you. We all know that a strong foundation is the key to strength and endurance. You help to restore my faith in the human race, a faith that has been slowly waning. Thank you. 💕
Stud of a buck ! Extremely hard stock and pulled it of ! Awesome ! I lost two like that buck that I hit and outdoor not find and another that I hit and he died on the dirt road as we tracked the buck to the spot there was a gut pile and no buck ! 45 minutes after the shot someone else found him and took him !
Great Job. THANK YOU. I am also an avid Elk hunter (with guns). It is great that we have people that really care about the species. 👍 Thank You again, Rod
Love the transparency in your content. Hunts rarely work out perfectly and you guys demonstrate how to overcome challenges on the fly. Congrats on the hunts and good luck in 2024.
That opening mis you recounted is the biggest reason I say not to take long shots with a bow. I almost missed my first bull because of that, at 30 yards even. Aimed bottom of the lungs/heart area, and barely caught the top of the lungs when he ducked.
