Hello, I programmed this exactly how you did and have checked it like 6 times. I keep getting a syntax error? Any idea of what could be going wrong? (i made sure negatives were negative signs and minus was minus sign, also all parenthesis are input properly.
Depending on how you clear your calc will decide whether the program will still be on it. If you clear it using the reset button on the back or it runs out of charge, it will completely clear the programs. You can download it to another device and reupload to your calc or re-input this program every time. However, if you hit the normal clear button, it should keep this program.
First pull out a 3x^2 This will result in (3x^2)(x^2+2x-15) You can now factor (3x^2)(x^2+2x-15) into (3x^2)(x-3)(x+5) This is your polynomial fully factored.
