Never had a vaginal birth before and I really want too but scared . Do you push using your stomach like you’re pooping Or pushing like you have to pee?
One detail would be that the water needs not be broken, unless you want to speed up the process (and indeed, get more intense contractions). Glad it worked well for you!
I been feeling like my baby is definitely like 5 and a half pounds I'm getting bigger n bigger and been feeling really pregnant running out of room and putting a lot of pressure n definitely feel weight of the baby
I had an epidural with my 5 deliveries and I was so glad I did it took so much of the stress and fear of the unknown especially the first delivery I am not sure if I would have wanted more children had I not had the experience I had ❤
My notes. (Do it step by step) 1. Rice/beans, u can put some toys on it. Other container & scoop for scooping the rice. 2. Make jello , put some toys on it. 3. Rainbow spagethy/noodle. 4. Rainbow sereal. Sorting the sereal with the same colour. 5. Rainbow foam from dishwasher soap (use mixer) 6. Ice paint. Water with food colouring. Dry materials. 1. Soil, put some toys on it. Another container & scoop. 2. Cotton balls, feathers, diff types of ribbon. 3. Sand.

Thank you for this amazing video ❤️ First time mum 32 weeks pregnant here. I was just wondering, did the epidural help with pain down below as well as the contractions? I noticed you said 'ouch' a couple of times whilst pushing so I just wondered what you were feeling in those moments? As I thought the epidural numbed everything? Sorry if thats a silly question, i'm just trying to prepare myself as much as possible 😊 x

This video helped me a lot because I'm 6 weeks in and still don't have a concept of a routine so had been flying by the seat of my pants trying to survive a newborn. But after watching i tried incorporating your routine and it felt really good. Baby seemed happy with it, perhaps because i was also less frazzled. Most of my free time is on school at the moment but it was really empowering to feel ahead of the game today getting my little girl's needs met. Thanks!
