Me personally I messed my credit up when I got straight out of high school. they don’t teach you bout credit in school yeah you know what credit is but when you young you think you know everything and can handle everything on your own. I’m good now took a while !

A guy 😅wanted to sell me a car cause I had good credit it was 40k with 20% down after talking with him I went and bought an E-bike and invest the rest.

I bought a 2019 Brand new and they had power dollars for people with good credit.. I went in to buy a Hellcat Challenger, but bought the Redeye Challenger, since they had 8k off from Power Dollars, then $5500 off from Dealer incentives as cars weren't selling well that year.. Paid $69,700 + tax, sold in the end of 2022 for $71,000.. The market was hot and I knew it was time to get out, Drove for 3 years & 20k miles.. The power was fun for the first few months, then it got normal, and just felt like a big comfy car that eats gas, tires, & brakes..
Although FICO allows 30 to 45 days for multiple similar credit inquiries to be counted as one such those for auto and mortgage; it still lowers your credit score significantly.

People talking about payments over cost and interest rates is insane. That's why everyone is broke. I don't even think it's ignorance. People know the deal, they just choose not to look more than 30 days ahead.
That’s not true if they run your credit with 10-20 different lenders it does not count as single inquiries. For every lender that they inquire it’s a hit. Go check on your credit report.
Here's one for you guys....My FICO...score is 825...and I was turned down for a loan through a collector car company....I was even going to put 15000 down on a 65 grand car....These collector car loan places are a huge ripoff and slap in the face....I wanted to know why I was turned down....here's the answer I was given...I was renting and didn't own my home....yup that's why...pure shit...
My credit score 730, put $20k down and the bank still couldn't give me something lower than 9% interest rate. You can have a good score but you also need credit history. Its some bs but it is what it is. Only got the loan to build my credit, I have all the money cash to pay it off 😂
It's crazy out there man. I'm not even shopping anymore. I wanted to buy a new GTR. We both have high 700's, low 800 credit. 3% dti. They wanted $60k down at 7.9%. They are crazy. We used to be able to buy $100k plus cars up to $300k cars for 4.9% with $20k down. These lenders are buggin out.
mind if i ask when you tried to get the loan? i bought a car last august and my credit union had a 4% interest rate on new cars (5 on used), so its crazy to me when i hear peoples banks arent giving them below like 8 or 9% on good credit(not sayin i dont believe you, i do believe you). i know interest rates are high right now, but sheesh
@@DeeWdrums my credit union wont do anything over 100k. So it was chase. Ive done a few 100k plus autos thru chase too but their rates now for 100k plus start at 7%

Well gotta b honest when i first got my Scat pack a few yrs back i too i did not have a good credit score .....i had a 670.....but the difference is that i knew the reality of putting a good down payment in order to be able get approved..so $20k..... & Now i only owe 5k ..on it ...sometimes u just gotta wait ..✌️
