Ragi is a nutratious food, it is not a medicine to cure diabetes, as ur a diabetic patient already in ur pancreas, right amount of insulin is not releasing or if releasing its not working, so its not the fault of ragi, u have to cure ur pancreas

I am also a diabetic person today at night i just had 200gm paneer. Mostly at night every day i have only protein at night. I had my sugar at 134 mgdl. At night i just walk for 20 min. I take moringa powder 3 teaspoon. But in afternoon i have lunch at that time my sugar is high.
