Subah kadha peeta hu,exercise karne ke bad dry fruits shake peeta hu.shake me milk nahi milata hu.Dophar me 60 gram millet ambali,salad and dahi,evening me 60 gram millet ki roti salad sabbji khata hu ,normal green tea peeta hu.bina sugar ,gud ke. Morning me khada peeta hu, dophar me yadi bhukh lagti hai to 50 gram bhuna chana kha leta hu.chawal ,gehu,sugar,gud,packet food nahi khata hu.na hi koi dhumrapan karta hu. Aap bhi follow kariye aapki sehat swasth ho jayegi.

Diabetes reverse Karne Ke liye methi Dana not needed,, coconut, peanut, guava, orange, 25 gram Chana, white til ,and chia seeds, is enough for breakfast and salads vegetables and 100gram white colour fish enough. And 16 hours fasting. 20 minutes yoga, 30 minutes walking... I reversed myself three months ago
