Had straight pipes on my 5.8, added 2 flow master 10 series, helmholtz resonators and an H pipe. Sounds less like a farm truck, got rid of the high tone raspiness and no highway drone when cruising.
Thinking about getting an f350 5.8l 4x4 what's ur opinion on the life of the transfer case if you have one and the engine itself. The truck I'm looking at has a utility box and hopefully aircraft grade business maintenance so I'm really just trying to tackle any issues head on
@@Dragonstorm1557GAMING Oh, don’t get a 350 with a gas motor, you won’t be able to use for utilitarian purposes, get the 7.3 powerstroke. It’s reliable, and it runs on anything(you can put fry oil in it)
@keanumemes9110 I ended up scraping the idea of getting a vehicle and just moved right next to my job with my new girlfriend. Something like a 7.3 is really on my mind. But I'm also just thinking about getting a 1/2 ton since at this current time I have nothing to haul and have never even owned a truck before.
@@Dragonstorm1557GAMING Well, if you’re not using for hauling, then a gas engine could work good, but the gas engines need to use more fuel because of the bigger truck. I’d say just get the 7.3 anyway because efficiency would be better.
@@Dragonstorm1557GAMING 7.3s are going for a lot money right now. i would get a 460 or 351 as they are cheaper for the same amount of miles that a 7.3 is selling for nowadays. nothing wrong with those engines if you arent doing 10k+ towing.
