. . . . because of the Success of Toyota, Canon,Toshiba,Hitachi, etc through Kaizen Western Companies also used the Kaizen way such as Nestle,FordMotors,LockheedMartin-aerospace,CocaCola,MichelinTires,etc to strengthen their Corporate Strategies/ Business Plan
. . . . hence from the ashes of WW2, Japan emerged as one of the richest and most Successful country in the World through their KaizenWay of Companies/Economy doing Continuous Improvement - Toyota,Mitsubishi,Nissan,, Honda,Suzuki, Seiko,Toshiba,Sony,Hitachi,M.O.LShipping all do Kaizen to Achieve Corporate Success

ladies, partners of seafarers, find your own purpose. ❤. Relationship can still be cultivated in whatever ways you can ..be it physical or virtual (maximizing technology). Know what you values in a relationship and align these values with your partners. Commit and deliver those promises. Good luck.
very useful video for both seafarers and their partners esp.on the aspects of understanding each other's values/aligning expectations/adapting to change/each growing interdependently within the relationship and more
Thanks for this feedback @Billy Nisperos. From a psychologist point of view, your commendation is highly valued. Looking forward to our next collaboration.
Good day sir!. Gusto ko lang Po malaman pano nyu na manage Yung 360hours for the review. I mean bigyan nyo Po kami tips sa 1st time takers pano nyu ginamit Ang CRP everyday hanggang maubos mo ang oras Ng review. Hihi salamat po
thank you for sharing. i like how you relate the pareto principle from the corporate setting to personal experience and even to traffic situation .. kudos, Billy!!!
Hi Ronald, as per Marina advisory no. 2021-66, for Resit, you are required to complete a minimum of 60 hrs. review time in CRP to proceed with mock exam which is pre-requisite for scheduling of your actual theoretical exam. Hope this helps.
Hello po. Based po from Marina’s current exam procedures, pag bumagsak po kahit isang competency, balik po after 1 month.
Kaya yan. May tiwala po kami sa inyo!
While it is a fact that some decisions do involve some very careful and serious thought, many (esp. in the case of seafarers ) are simply unavoidable. And the fact that such decisions must point to the correct course of action to be made in good time undoubtedly adds to its gravity. Seafarers may have a preponderance of experiences in having weathered many storms and still manage to come out alive and well, yet they invariably are aware that such 'track record' is never really a guarantee to constantly making good ones every time. Nevertheless, in mastering Force Field Analysis, this exercise of prudence in accurately gathering and weighing in all relevant odds considered from every conceivable vantage point with regards to the situation at hand still proves crucial in ensuring that rationality has been correctly factored in on having made 'the right move' in spite of whatever adversities were present at the time. As a result: the voyage continues, the vessel arrives port and cargoes are either loaded/offloaded. And all this happens as every concerned party who had a hand in the entire 'adventure' await the gleeful results of their concerted efforts! Once again, the seafarer has proven his indispensability in this global synergy of sorts!
A very sensible comment. Thanks very much, sir. We all have to be well versed with these useful tools available for us and make good use of them. Risk Assessment is not merely paperwork it's made for a deeper purpose. Combining it with Situation awareness and Force field analysis we can guarantee to join our loved ones at the end of the day.
