I’m a Bulldog, my wife is a Gamecock. Even as a Dawg, I was super proud of the Gamecocks during the Spurrier Era. It shows it can be done at SC, although there aren’t many Spurriers out there to do it. Good Luck Cocks, I would love to see you guys have this type of success again.
1:23pm 10/21/2023 Our (Gamecock) last nationally significant season. Next season 7-7 with win over Miami in bowl game. But, this was win #11 for the 3rd consecutive year and a #4 ranking in final polls. Spurrier gave us respectability.

When you look at the instant replay on that TD throw, it was more accurate than it appeared. It was out of reach for player trying to intercept it and actually landed to the intended receiver. That receiver then tapped it to the other receiver who caught it.
My brother lives in Columbia and we went to this game. The atmosphere was CRAZZYYYYY. From the moment they played sandstorm and how electric this stadium was I knew we stood no chance. And it’s crazy that UGA could’ve won a natty this season if it wasn’t for the GL stand against Bama in the SECCG
