MotoGP should re-introduce 2-strokes to compete in the class. Viewership interest would be HUGE. Updating 2 strokes with modern advancements in engine management systems, tires and suspension would be very interesting- and exciting. Given so many years, perhaps a temporary increase in displacement to 600cc max.
Unfortunately Moto GP is going the way of Formula 1 - way too much tech and clinical. When Vale described what it was like working for Honda, I can imagine all the teams are like it now. Yes, it’s the mission to win but where is the spectacle and thrill for the fans. At least when the 990s were around we had twins, triples, fours and a V5 - were will it end?😢
Please change the title to: “Two minutes of Rossi’s backside” :_ D Although it is always interesting to listen to the difference in shifting - keeping momentum on a 2S vs powerband for 4S
I appreciate road racing very much. But as flat track racer I also love those engines on the dirt and Val does too. He was at the Indy mile to watch the king ride it on the TZ 700 celebrate his win there decade's ago.
One of our Yamaha Press Officers was at the Indy Mile that year. We were all expecting Vale to spin a few laps after King Kenny, but he (probably wisely) politely declined after seeing Kenny sideways on every lap! 😁
Moto GP needs to bring these two strokes back. When I think racing I think two stroke. It be more entertaining and more challenging for the riders. What are you gonna do when you don’t have all that engine breaking
Quick question, does anyone here enjoy staring at a riders ass when the reason for clicking on the video was to view from an onboard Front camera facing FORWARD!!!
Unfortunately the most useless camera position of all, you hardly see anything. You can't see riders in front, you can't see the track ahead... Same in Motogp races.
