les recomiendo que cuando tengan una crisis existencial se pongan de fondo este tipo de musica, ayuda bastante a tranquilizarte, y además que se siente como si te estuvieras dando un viaje xd, digo yo pienso que a si ha de sentirse los viajes xd
I was so happy to see you actually talking. I only ever saw one other video where you just kinda spoke. I think you were playing some string instrument, like a mandolin or something. Like the other people i found you through “john talks,” which you seem like the type of person to probably not care much about political stuff. But because of snowbird strut, i was able to find so much free music on youtube like the silent partner song. Anyhow thanks for all you do.
Of what was said in the end of this video put me into true tears of realization, gratitude, acceptance, compassion of sadness and joy of what I lost, and what I've been becoming that caused the losses. Truth
I don't know much about Yoga philosophy and its history but here I really find the integration of mind, body & soul (I don't believe in souls. But I imagine this is close to what they call it.) A healthy body is always also about a calm mind. Mindful practice. Thank you.

I came across your channel years ago but quite randomly went back to it today to relook at the stuff on music therapy/healing, only to get sidetracked by this...
