If you haven't read his book, I suggest you read it. It helped me a lot as a new coach. It resonated with me a lot and it really worked for me. In a nutshell he says, just coach people in any opportunity that you get. No need for website, ads, etc. ... just be curious about people and coach in any conversation. It may sound a bit intruding but it works if we use our emotional intelligence.

Very useful impulse- now combine it with your key topcs like- decision making, conflict resolving, target setting or even purpose finding- then you are all set and offer a solid menu. Even Gordon Ramsey would lile this!;)
