Why do writers like Gerald Posner fail to see the obviousness of a conspiracy to assassinate a man who had supposedly be- trayed the CIA in the Bay of Pigs invasion? LHO shouted, "I`m a patsy" when arrested after the murder and first paraded before reporters and news cameras. An innocent man, or even a man who is guilty but aims to get away with his crime, says, "I am innocent", not "I`m a patsy". If he was innocent and not a patsy, or even pretending to be innocent, he wouldn`t in- volve others knowing that it would implicate himself.
