Technically, Friday the 13th part 9 WAS the final Friday. Outside of the remake, there was never another "Friday the 13th" branded movie made. Jason X was not titled Friday the 13th part 10. Freddie vs Jason wasn't a Nightmare on Elm St or a Friday the 13th movie.
Hell is not that universal as a concept, honestly. Is common nowadays due to the usa being a fundamentalist christian empire, and even atheists are culturally christian as a consequence. Also, please stop trying with italian names. You didn't even get all the letters, let alone pronounce them correctly.
Asimov's three laws aren't real. They're just fictional, from a story: they'll never "apply" to anything, so they can't be used to judge a character in a movie.
The Ninth Gate is such a ridiculously underrated movie, one of my all-time favourites (yeah the ending bla bla, but have you read the source material? Ambiguity was really the only logical way to go). It was that and the original Wicker Man that first got me interested in studying witchcraft and the occult (from a historical perspective, not a practicing one lol). Idk what it is but a part of me is obsessed with that movie, I usually give it a rewatch at least once a year or so.
SAW 3Ds twist was amazing! How can this make any gan mad?? It was the perfect explanation how jigsaw was able to pull of traps that required the skills ofa surgeon. I still hope to see Gordon return in a future SAW film as the next Jigsaw Killer or as an apprentice like Hoffman will in SAW 11
I first saw Brittany Murphy when she was cute and fluffy on Sister Sister. She did Clueless after that and was smaller. This thin Murphy was Way after her debut
i feel the need to inform (sorry if someone else has already said it) that the vampires in "blood Vessel" are based off of strigoi rather than the general vampire conglomerate that the modern age typically refers to
Who cares if Roman Polanski is a prick? Seriously. Who cares? He’s a great filmmaker. Who in life has the luxury of never having to deal with, in one way or another, people are less than saints? Grow up.
He's more than just a prick. He's a sexual predator who violated a kid. That's why he hasn't been able to come back to the US, because he'll be immediately arrested if he does. His film making skills don't excuse THAT.
'Less than saints' - no. Polanski violated a 13 year old child. He wasn't punished because he fled the country (he still can't enter the US because of that, he'd be arrested immediately if he did). He doesn't deserve an audience, or recognition for anything good.
@@jefflebowski3784 He had one, he skipped out because he knew he was going to jail. The continuous defense of a child predator, because he's made some good movies, always astounds me.
I love the Would You Rather twist because the whole movie is miserable in a bad way and is incredibly hard to watch so having a horrible ending made it one of my favorites
You missed the most obvious reason the killer in prom night didn’t make sense. Through the entire movie his face is concealed, except for his eyes, which are frequently focused on. And those eyes are brown. Alex has bright blue eyes. Using another actor to do the scenes in a mask is fine, I suppose, but they actually give deliberate attention to the color of his eyes.
Constantine starring Keanu Reeves depicts hell as the decaying world we live in where time stops. There's even a cameo of Lucifer looking very dapper in white.
