Hi! Welcome to our channel 😊 Our names are Este & Libby and we're just two ordinary Melbournian gals who do everything and anything together! Here on our channel you will find all things beauty, entrepreneurship, vlogs and more!
You look beautiful in every shade of the powders, wow! (And I like that pink top you're wearing ❤) I'm a big fan of the Cle CCC cream; it's great for a non-greasy, glowy look.
You should be more scientific, taking only one product at a time. It is hard to come to an accurate conclusion if you are taking retinol, getting skin peels, etc.
when i put on the ccc cream, it emphasized all dry patches (even ones that weren't visible before applying the cream). Did you experience this? Or put anything on for skincare to mitigate this?
This is my story. I've always had oily skin and acne in my youth, more severe than this young lady. Pantothenic acid is the only thing that worked for me and I started to use it at the age of 16. I'm turning 40 this year and I still zzzz... get pimples around mouth and chin area around 7-10 days not taking it. My best tips is to start with big daily doses of 4500mg, 3 x 1500mg (3 x 500mg pills) morning, lunch and evenings. The key from now one is consistency. It's normal with a bigger acne burst at the start, but ride the storm out. Give it at least 4-6 weeks and if you can't tell any difference it's probably not for you. If it works and you're at a point acne is gone, lower the dose to find the balance needed to keep it in control. Today I take 3000mg a day, 1500mg after breakfast and 1500mg after dinner. I never experienced any side effects.
So happy I found you girls! Loved the reactions, very natural. Like talking to a friend :) It would be great if next time you dont mix foundations, so we can see if the product itself is good or not. Thanks!
Guys I just want to warn you from using the Vitamin C range as it may seem good however it does contain chemicals that are not so great for your skin. Hope that helps 😊😊😊😊
Whenever you do Microdermabrasion, always get a mild or medium Chemical Peel. A skilled Esthetician can do both in one treatment day. Thanks for your review on Pantothenic Acid. 💕
What was your diet like during your B5 protocol? Did you have dairy, sugar, gluten intake? Also can you let me know your stress levels during this protocol on a scale from 1 being low stress and 10 being high stress. I may provide an intervention for you based on these findings. Take care. PCOS Is also a contributing factor regarding hormonal fluctuations.
Not really helpful to see results of the pills if youre starting and stopping MULTIPLE other things with it. I advise trying one thing at a time next time, at least just for a week
How come the toothpaste on the left looks almost empty?? Is that why you had less stains? Have you been using it already? If so it's good to know that it works well
I agree with the other comment...you are unable to pin point where the results are coming from due to all the regimens. However i understand...this acne is the worst!!! And as i watched your video...i thought...how exhausting the journey is to have just normal skin. Im not looking for perfection but, just relief from the constant battle. Thx for the video...
The treatments, thats the culprit why you got new acnes. Its a big NO doing those treatments like skin needling if you still have active pimples. and also you stop using retinol.
The time frame is way off. You have to give things like this time to work. Shouldn't be thinking at all in terms of "days"......more like months.....I get wanting fast results but it's just not really an option when it comes to skin.... Acne that you see began forming anywhere from 30-90 days ago-something you ate a few days ago is not suddenly going to cause a pimple.
