This is my story. I've always had oily skin and acne in my youth, more severe than this young lady. Pantothenic acid is the only thing that worked for me and I started to use it at the age of 16. I'm turning 40 this year and I still zzzz... get pimples around mouth and chin area around 7-10 days not taking it. My best tips is to start with big daily doses of 4500mg, 3 x 1500mg (3 x 500mg pills) morning, lunch and evenings. The key from now one is consistency. It's normal with a bigger acne burst at the start, but ride the storm out. Give it at least 4-6 weeks and if you can't tell any difference it's probably not for you. If it works and you're at a point acne is gone, lower the dose to find the balance needed to keep it in control. Today I take 3000mg a day, 1500mg after breakfast and 1500mg after dinner. I never experienced any side effects.
I agree with the other comment...you are unable to pin point where the results are coming from due to all the regimens. However i understand...this acne is the worst!!! And as i watched your video...i thought...how exhausting the journey is to have just normal skin. Im not looking for perfection but, just relief from the constant battle. Thx for the video...
Whenever you do Microdermabrasion, always get a mild or medium Chemical Peel. A skilled Esthetician can do both in one treatment day. Thanks for your review on Pantothenic Acid. 💕
What was your diet like during your B5 protocol? Did you have dairy, sugar, gluten intake? Also can you let me know your stress levels during this protocol on a scale from 1 being low stress and 10 being high stress. I may provide an intervention for you based on these findings. Take care. PCOS Is also a contributing factor regarding hormonal fluctuations.
Did your acne come back? I’ve been taking 500-1000mg a day for about 9 months, it’s definitely helped a lot but I’m also starting a low dose of spiro and Tretonoin to get me where I use to be.
It came back!! 😭 I feel like the only thing that works for me is the Pore Favor supplements (I spoke about it in one of our previous product empties video) but stopped taking those after 3 months straight and acne also started coming back.. I feel like it may be also another Band-Aid fix arghh going to try take it for longer than 3 months and see if it does anything 🥲
There are diff approaches that anyone could choose for treating their acne. I'm not sure what you have or haven't chosen to try or why, but what I sincerely think would be helpful is to ditch the facialists/estheticians/etc and instead pursue and exhaust all medical options available to you thru a dermatologist until smth works. The journey is not for the faint of heart lol, but a worthwhile one imo. I hope you don't mind my unsolicited advice, lol
The time frame is way off. You have to give things like this time to work. Shouldn't be thinking at all in terms of "days"......more like months.....I get wanting fast results but it's just not really an option when it comes to skin.... Acne that you see began forming anywhere from 30-90 days ago-something you ate a few days ago is not suddenly going to cause a pimple.
@@lollyryy1453 Sadly it didn't work for me, since then I've started doing a skincare routine of cleansing and moisturizing, it seems to have helped me more than anything so far...
How many MG is in each capsule 💊? No one ever specifies ☹️ I’m scared , don’t wanna get diarrhoea … I know you said you didn’t but knowing my luck, I would 🙃😂
It’s water soluble you don’t gotta worry about overdosing, getting sick or anything like this it’s practically just taking a veggie capsule it’s safe :) you literally could take 20 a day
The treatments, thats the culprit why you got new acnes. Its a big NO doing those treatments like skin needling if you still have active pimples. and also you stop using retinol.
Not really helpful to see results of the pills if youre starting and stopping MULTIPLE other things with it. I advise trying one thing at a time next time, at least just for a week
You should be more scientific, taking only one product at a time. It is hard to come to an accurate conclusion if you are taking retinol, getting skin peels, etc.
I been taking 2 capsules per day 500MG for a month and its doing absolutely nothing for me gonna have to bump up the dose I guess, I’m scared of side effects but yolo 😅
It usually takes a long time for anything you're taking orally to have an effect on skin.....From what I have read at least 12 weeks......maybe even longer.
So you have to take quite a high dose. It can cause PERMANENT hair loss as a side effect so you should take inositol with it to help prevent that potential side effect
