Hi this is really helpful thanks a lot. But I have a question, hopefully you can read this comment, what if in our data set has another column for example marketplace in where the order happen, how can I add the marketplace as metric so that it will not be treated as number? I want to include this marketplace so that I can able to use filter button on the charts and table.

Great video! thanks for sharing. There is an issue though one you share links and you want only to give partial views, the user can always click uptop on the "Reset" button and the dashboard will reset all filters, showing all information. Any idea how that could be solved?

I have 2 google sheets say GS1 and GS2 as my Data Sources. GS1 has Email Campaign Log Data (from Service Provider: Twilio) for individual email Id's. GS2 has Employee Name and Org Name for individual email Id's. The GS1 sheet has all the data to Create the Campaign Tracking Report. But If the Marketing Manager wants to hover the mouse on an email and wants to see the Name & Org Name, then a lookup into the GS2 sheet will be required. Is this feasible in Looker ? If yes, may I get a Video link, where we can achieve this ?

Hi SL... Can you help me, how if I want to have a time-series-chart (or a table) of percentage of something monthly? I've tried to use the 100%-stacked-area-chart, it went well. But I want it to be visualized using a time-series (or a table), so I can see the trend of each of fruit. I can not draw the chart, but I want the table looks like below this. The table consists of the sum of each fruit in a month and the proportional percentage. Thank you. the raw-data: Timestamp |. Fruit. |. Excellent course to the point..i want to see more custom big formulas like in Power BI using of math and analytics but its a very good start for me as a beginner as excel got hanged when there is so much data and with lots of formulas you course give me the confidence to start and its little lengthy but worth it and other like 20 or 15 mintes dashboard ready but they don't give the depth as a beginner to start Thanks and Blessed you Danalyser..
Filter button can combine more than 1 conditions, where dropdown can only filter to the values in the dimension. Filter button is also more intuitive for users, for example, you can create filters for “last month”, “US and UK only” etc
