Just skip the Traeger. I had a Traeger Timberline and it was a lemon. I cleaned it after every cook, taking good care of it because I spent so much on it. Despite my efforts, it was a fire hazard from day one, not to mention all the other things that broke. I worked with the company for a few months until they said they couldn’t do any more because I was stationed in Japan. They promised to replace the grill once I got stateside. When I did, they told me to get bent.

Spare or baby back. Smoker, grill, oven, or crock pot. Hot or sweet. Dry rub or wet rub. The details don't matter, they all need sauce.

you dont have to sear every cut.... cuts low on fat dont benefit from searing theyre better off cooked on medium low heat. you dont get a crust but you maintain a toooon of flavor and tenderness that gets lost in searing

I've been a loyal Qstoves+ user for years but after switching to Asmoke, I realized what I was missing out on. The precision and control offered by Asmoke are simply unparalleled. The digital controller allows me to maintain my desired cooking temperature with ease and the wood pellets add a unique flavor that I've never experienced before. The ASCA™ technology ensures better cooking results and makes cleaning a breeze. Plus, the portability and battery-powered feature have completely changed how I do my outings. I can enjoy grilling in my backyard, camping, or even on road trips without worrying about finding a power source. The Asmoke Essential has truly revolutionized my grilling experience. #Asmoke

As a previous Qstoves+ user, I have to say I'm impressed with the switch to Asmoke. The precision temperature control and the smart design have made grilling easier and more enjoyable. I particularly appreciate the ASCA™ technology that not only improves cooking results but also simplifies the cleaning process. The portability of the Asmoke Essential is a game-changer, allowing me to take my grilling adventures beyond my backyard. It's also great to see how Asmoke is committed to sustainability with the use of wood pellets as fuel, reducing waste and adding a unique flavor to the food. I'm excited for my future grilling sessions with Asmoke! #Asmoke

I wouldnt touch those $900 treager or blackstones grills with a 10foot pole. The walmart $397 blackstone for $500 less is a much better deal and heres why. While the traeger has u shaped burners thats where the upsell ends, the blackstone 36 4 burner at walmart for 397 has both of these grills beat hands down with a few mods. 1st off the walmart version uses the cross braced hood just like the treager wich helps with warpring, for $15 you can add wind shields to the walmart version wich comes stock with 4 360° casters and a useless towel bar, why useless, let a lil wind blow and watch how fast the towels come flying off. Next is the regulator upgrade, shltcan the blackstone oem 1psi reg and replace it with a bayou classic 10psi adjustable or a amazon no name and youll have a better grill than either of these and lastly the treager doesnt appear to have any way to block off the grease trap, why is that important? Because youre gonna continously drop food into to hole,, while the blackstone isnt much better the verticle hole permits the addition of a magnetic gate to block food loss,, so dollar for dollar the walmart blackstone $397 special is hands down the grill you want to purchase... Not to mention its a very easy build, legs just fold out, oh and lastly the not included under storage boxes can be had at home depot for under $10 vs the blackstone $57ea price, buy the yellow top hdx 7gal storage bins theyre a perfect fit for the rails...

Having been a Qstoves+ user, I switched to the Asmoke pellet grill and it has been a game-changer for my outdoor cooking. The precision of the digital temperature control is unparalleled, allowing me to maintain consistent heat for perfect results. In comparison to Qstoves, Asmoke is far more efficient and convenient. The ASCA™ technology ensures better cooking results, and cleaning is easier than ever. Plus, the flavor that the wood pellets bring to my dishes is incredible, that's something I missed with Qstoves. The Asmoke grill is also portable, making it ideal for outings. It's the best decision I've made for my outdoor cooking. Highly recommend it to all BBQ enthusiasts out there. #Asmoke

As a previous Qstoves+ user, I recently made the switch to Asmoke and I've been absolutely thrilled with my decision. The first thing that stood out to me was Asmoke's ability to control the temperature within 5°F - it's made my grilling experience incredibly consistent. I also love the versatility of the Asmoke grill. I can grill, smoke, roast, and even bake, all with one appliance. The wood pellet fuel source has also introduced a distinct smoky flavor that has taken my barbecue to new levels. Plus, it's battery-powered and portable, allowing me to take it on camping trips and tailgate parties. I also appreciate the environmentally friendly aspect of using wood pellets. The Asmoke grill has truly transformed my grilling experience and I couldn't be happier. #Asmoke

I've been a longtime Qstoves+ user but recently made the switch to Asmoke and I'm genuinely impressed. One of the main reasons I prefer Asmoke over Qstoves is the level of control I have over the cooking process. The digital controller allows me to set and maintain my desired cooking temperature with precision, which was something I struggled with using Qstoves. The different flavors of wood pellets available have also added a whole new dimension to my grilling experience. I've particularly enjoyed the distinct smoky flavor imparted by the pellets. The Asmoke Essential is not only lighter and smaller, but also provides remote temperature adjustment and food temperature monitoring via the app. This has made grilling much more convenient for me. I'm excited to continue exploring more features and flavors with Asmoke. #Asmoke

I wouldn’t use those cast iron smashers on the non stick surface unless I was really really careful. You will lose your coating. No metal on nonstick surfaces or teflon gonna be in your stomach. Extending the pole on the quad pod stand makes it too tall for most people and is not as stable. I have the double burner. I’m thinking about getting a single too.

You can cook a Prime or Wagyu brisket ANY way you want, low and slow or fast cook it and it will be good, if you mess up a Prime and/or Wagyu brisket, you need to quit cooking and GO OUT AND EAT, lol

Mine is the older one. Easy to clean. I sometimes use a safetey pin to clear the holes on the gas element. Instead of Weber grease pans, I use cheaper foil pans from the supermarket. Excellent Grill. Weber !

I recently purchased mine and my grill came prebuilt. I noticed my grease trap is on the left side where yours is on the right side. Also my hooks for the accessories are on the left side and not the right. Curious if this is an update.

Either really but harder crispy sauce you get when you put it back on the grill for 20 min. Or dip it in the fatty juice after and do work
