I love Jayden, and I loved RG3, actually RG3 said that Jayden is better than himself, so stop the hate, and I really think that Jayden will be better than Lamar, I think he will be ranked top 3 quarterbacks in very short time. HTTR
This was put together extremely well, definitely earned a sub. As a commanders fan, I’m exited but have realistic expectations. We will compete this year which is an improvement, but we have a ways to go.
JD5 is a Beast. He's staying Late Late doing VR training. Just so Learns Everything To Win on the Offensive side of the Ball. He can be Great. He's determined to Be Great!!!!
Sweet Pea and Bluto managed to do something with their Patriot way horsesh*t that even an 0-16 season couldn't do, they pushed me away as a fan. For more than 50 years I had put up all the Lions nonsense but when Sheila brought those two jokers back I said, okay, I get it, more of the same, and I stayed away that entire season. The only game I watched was Thanksgiving and that was only because it was on at my friends home. I didn't even read a single article. I was Lions-free and said I would remain so as long as tweedle dum and tweedle dumber were still around. I gotta say, it felt liberating. Then Sheila did something that got my attention. After getting rid of those two nitwits from that poisoned Belichick tree, she hired Chris Spielman to help her find the right people. That was when the turnaround started. Not only is Chris smart as hell, he genuinely cared for the owner and wanted her to succeed. As soon as I heard Coach give that first press conference I was like, okay, this is my kinda guy. But credit Sheila for staying with him and Brad Holmes. When things were looking pretty bleak in year two and sports pundits were questioning whether or not Coach would be around for a year three, Sheila came out publicly with no prompting, no fanfare, and simply said, these are my guys, I believe in them and what they are doing, and they aren't going anywhere. Her old man would have never done anything like that. That was the day the Detroit Lions became contenders. It was like Jimmy Chitwood endorsing Gene Hackman in Hoosiers. Once everyone knew Coach wasn't going anywhere the players got behind him and started balling out. I don't always agree with his big-nuts style of coaching but ya gotta give him all the credit in the world. That is his team populated with his kind of players. Credit Brad Holmes for that. And yes, I now believe the Lions will do something I never thought I would live to see, hoist a Lombardi. And when they do, the crowd at that victory parade will top 3-million. Hell, I may have to head north for that, lousy health and all. I always said Detroit was a football town at its core. We are finally being rewarded for all our years of wandering in the desert. Get er done Coach, bring that trophy home this year and let's settle this matter once and for all!
I like RG3 and I love his RU-vid channel, but until he openly accepts his own part in his downfall, I can't fully respect his views. Until you can give me evidence that he's done this, then I will continue to hold this against him.
Hate to say it cuz I will always love RG3, but he was very cocky coming into the league. He made sure to constantly say he was qb1 over Cousins which everyone already knew. He could go to Snyder anytime and get his way, which he did. He had a gimmick that worked for awhile, the RPO. Do you go after RG3 or Morris? They figured him out, injury plagued, couldn’t slide, and wasn’t a pocket passer. JD is more humble, much more willing to learn new things, and can pass or run better than most. I am very excited.
The scenarios between Jayden and RG3 couldn't be more different. The only thing they got in common are they're skinny mobile QBs. Let's go over the differences: 1. Snyder is no longer the owner. Make no mistake this is the biggest difference. We had the worst owner in all of sports for nearly 25 years! 2. Jayden can actually play QB. He not a sprinter with a hose of an arm like RG3. He's not quite as athletic but his football processing is being compared to CJ Stroud. RG3 couldn't process anything. 3. RG3 had a massive ego and injury problem that both got him kicked outta the league sooner rather than later. From all accounts Jayden got neither of these problems.
Having been a Washington fan since 1968, I view the RG3 time in Washington, DC, as follows: (A) RG3 could have been a little more coachable in terms of humility and done a better job of taking responsibility as the team leader, regardless of other player's issues. (B) Dan Snyder's manipulation ego and overall sick persona were awful the entire time he was CEO. (C) The coaching staff allowed a hurt RG3 on the field; all players want to play regardless of injuries or pain, and the coaching staff knew this from experience and allowed Robert to play sometimes at 60-80% health. That's 90% on Snyder, 70% on the coaching staff, and 10% on Robert. I was at the rainy Ravens game when Robert hurt his knee. He was allowed to come back and play too soon. This was the turning point of Robert's career. Had Robert's injuries been managed better, he could have lasted longer and become a much better quarterback than the great quarterback that he was.
“Seeking new challenges, he transferred to LSU” nah dude, his ass sucked balls and lost the starting job, how you just gonna pretend he wasn’t dogshit at ASU???
I do think what is different is that before when we got RGIII we didn't have a good quarterback nor good management. Sam Howell, despite his INTs, is a damn good QB. This time we are making decisions based on team playstyle and drafting BPA instead of filling holes as the priority. I am excited to see what this staff can do over these couple of years. It's clear they aren't trying to just make do with what is available they are go-getters. Making trades and making moves to fit their plan for the future.
The thing that you should note is Snyder went out of his way to make RGIII look like a savior. Peters, Quinn, and Kingsbury all went the opposite direction, even kept him away from the draft parties and interviews so no one got that idea. Plus the coaches AND GM wanted Jayden, neither Shanahan wanted to give up so much to take RGIII, but that wasn't their decision. Times have changed and believe it or not this management group knows what they're doing.
Daniels is worse than Maye. It’s not close. 2 years with the worst roster of your career vs 5 years and the best of your career. Maye is going to the worse of the 2’s situation tho.
This was a dope video, dude. Seriously, good job. The editing, everything, it’s sick. Criminal that you have less than 10k subs, but I have a feeling your channel is gonna grow big
Great video, thank you. I’ve been a Redskins fan since childhood, used to go to watch training camp with my dad. My husband is a huge LSU fan which has led me to become an LSU fan myself… watching Jayden last year was something I’ll never forget. I’m so excited he’s going to the Commanders and can’t wait to see what he does there!!
Who’s said they were of afraid of JD5 because he reminds them of RG3?? The fact you made an entire video sending that negative energy at Jayden says a lot. Trash as channel 🗑️ comparing him to somebody whose career was 💩 before he even takes his first snap is wild. I wonder why the comparison? Why not compare him to Brady? Ohh wait 😂
Great video right up until the end. Did you have to remind us that we have the goofiest mascot in the league? Like who thought a cartoon pig in a helmet was a good idea?
Unfortunately their O line coach was the O line coach for the giants last season..... So good luck Daniels cuz you'll be running for your like constantly
