I'm obsessed with your videos right now. GHL is a mystery to me but I use it for my coaching and still feel like I'm doing way too much manual work. Your videos are extremely helpful and there is very little out there for coaches but RU-vid is saturated in SAAS stuff that most do not align to my workflow. Can you create a video on how you made the form and tied it into the workflow. Also, maybe a beginner video, one where you walk coaches through the first steps to take to start creating this high level organization from the start? just some pain points for me. - thank you so much for what you've already provided!

great video! thanks! one question, if I use different sub-accounts to send emails, I should do this step which every account and a different email domain? Because the DNS records have to be unique per domain right?
So i have people going through a vsl funnel. The first page is an optin form where they submit info. Then they go to a schuele page with a cal. But when they book a call it create a duplicate opportunity. How do I fix that?
There’s a little toggle at the bottom of creating opps, it allows duplicate opportunities, turn that toggle off and it should move the existing opportunity instead of creating a new one 😉 I offer daily group coaching calls if you want to check them out!
Hey Jonny, good luck with the new channel. Great info.. one thing you may want to remember, when you build an email nurture workflow, a good practice is to add the "drip" step as the first step before the very first email. I learned this the hard way. It doesn't automatically drip the emails when it's set up on a workflow and you don't get the reminder like you do when you start the workflow using the robot icon.
Thanks for sharing that Adam, that is a great idea! Depending on the use case of the automation and how you add people to it that can be very helpful. Hi Jonny, great video, really informative. Question for you. The company that I work for currently have a domain and website that we use but are looking to move it all over to GHL (from kajabi) so when I connect our general website domain to GHL to have our website hosted on GHL. Do I need to connect this email services separately or will that all be done in one go? Furthermore, does my domain from kajabi automatically disconnect or do I have to do that manually?
Hi Oskar, great question! Email sending domain is separate from website domain. You need to set it up on a sub domain, else it won’t work, I’ve made that mistake myself… :D You will want to disconnect the domain from Kajabi and delete the DNS records. On your screen when you recorded this at 6:39, I can see an "add services" button right above your "dedicated doamin and IP" button. I don't see that on my sub account so i am unableto manually add e.g. a google mail subdomain as you show in the example above. Do you have any clue why that is the case?

hey jonny can i ask you please , For example, for an individual doctor, which calendar is more suitable for him, and for a sanatorium means that there is a sanatorium in which, for example, a dentist and an ophthalmologist which calendar is more suitable
I would start with a simple round robin calendar that assigns the leads to the doctor once an appointment is booked. If that doesn’t work I would ask more specific questions and try to find a calendar with the specific requirements. How long have you been using HighLevel for?
You can only reply back to them with IG if they sent you a message through IG previously. And you only have a certain amount of hours where this can be automated. Rules from meta 😉
Hi Jonny, do you know how to go back to a contact after I already added them and put them into a certain step in my workflow email automation. I want them to start receiving my emails from where I left off after transferring them over.
The easiest way to do that would be duplicating the workflow for that contact, adjusting it the way you want, and then adding the contact to that specific workflow. I do think custom values need to be updated manually… there might be a way to push data automatically through zapier, but I’m not aware of it. What kind of agency are you running? Have you been using HighLevel for a while?
The main reason I watched this video is because whenever I try to import my contacts, the phone numbers don't appear. It seems that you ran into the same problem, but for some reason you did not address it. Do you know how I can solve this issue?

@@boss-js9do You're right, I never noticed that during this quick demo! It must be a toggle while importing, like "Don't update empty values for existing records"... You definitely want the phone number to import too and that's definitely possible, just want to make sure you have the right settings activated. Are you using HighLevel for yourself or are you selling it to other businesses?
@@JonnyTheNomad Let's say I want to follow-up/out reach to people. We have a bunch of people in our opportunities. But IG only allows like 30-50 outreaches until it restricts your accout. So I'd like it to DM 30 people a day.
Ah ok, I see. The automations I'm showing here are built to work if they do the first action, so if they message you then the automation will trigger. I think you're trying to set something up where you cold message at scale, that's not possible here unfortunately...
Is it possible to have form message data go to the conversations tab? For example, my form has a field for additional details, and I'd like those additional details to show up in the conversations tab so my staff can respond?
