Anyone knows why when I'm on the map part of the import contacts it doesn't show the list of the contact fields as hes, I got just a line with every field separated by ;
Not sure what you mean Allan, if you want to you can add a loom video and I can have a quick look at it. You can also schedule a free HighLevel coaching call with us here: gosmarterflow.com/coaching
Hi Jonny, do you know how to go back to a contact after I already added them and put them into a certain step in my workflow email automation. I want them to start receiving my emails from where I left off after transferring them over.
The easiest way to do that would be duplicating the workflow for that contact, adjusting it the way you want, and then adding the contact to that specific workflow. If you want to do that with me you can schedule one free group coaching call here: gosmarterflow.com/coaching Hope that helps Kimberly!
The main reason I watched this video is because whenever I try to import my contacts, the phone numbers don't appear. It seems that you ran into the same problem, but for some reason you did not address it. Do you know how I can solve this issue?
Hi your phone number definitely should appear. Can you point out the scene in my video where it doesn’t appear? Not sure which moment you’re talking about. Also happy to look at a loom video if you want to record one 👍🏻
@@keebz100 You're right, I never noticed that during this quick demo! It must be a toggle while importing, like "Don't update empty values for existing records"... You definitely want the phone number to import too and that's definitely possible, just want to make sure you have the right settings activated. Are you using HighLevel for yourself or are you selling it to other businesses?
Hey Jonny , really nice video ! I was wondering if I could help you with more Quality Editing in your videos and also make a highly engaging Thumbnail which will help your videos to reach to a wider audience ?
So each value that you import has its own custom value in HL, so you can either use existing custom values for the phone numbers or you can create new ones as well if needed ;)
@@JonnyTheNomad yes i know we can create multiple custom Phone Numbers Values , but when i import Excel into GHL with multiple numbers against one contact , my question is Power Dialer will call to all numbers against one contact , Or Dialer only call one number at one time
