Do not use Vitality.... I sent this complaint almost 6 weeks ago. No response, service is still very poor!!! DO NOT USE VITALITY I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the services provided by Vitality Health Insurance and to request a full refund of my private health cover due to the following unresolved issues: 1. Inability to Sync Device and Access Rewards: I have been unable to sync my device with the Vitality Health App, which has prevented me from enjoying the rewards that were promised as part of my health cover package. Despite my repeated attempts to resolve this issue, I have not received any satisfactory assistance or resolution from your customer support team. 2. Inadequate Weekend Doctor Service: On a recent weekend, I urgently needed to speak to a doctor regarding the health concerns of my two-year-old daughter. However, despite the promised weekend service, I was unable to secure an appointment for two days. This extended waiting period is unacceptable, especially when compared to the National Health Service (NHS), which often provides more prompt assistance in similar situations. 3. Lack of Communication for Mental Health Referral: I took the initiative to self-refer for one-to-one Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for mental health concerns. However, I have not received any communication from Vitality Health Insurance to arrange the necessary sessions, despite being explicitly promised this service. The lack of response and follow-up in this matter is distressing and unprofessional. 4. Denied Access to CT Scan for Lung Markings: Following an examination by the NHS, I have been advised to undergo a CT scan to investigate markings on my lungs, which could potentially be indicative of cancer. However, despite my urgent request for this vital service, I have been consistently denied access by Vitality Health Insurance. This refusal is particularly concerning as it contradicts the services that were explicitly promised and formed the basis of my decision to choose your health cover. Adam Willcox

This should be taught in school. I had a life changing brain injury at 34. Nobody ever thinks anything will happen to them until it does. I never even knew income protection or critical illness cover was a thing.

If only I could have that mind set I have cancer 2 I know I have it I had no care not seen 1 doctor it's crazy so terrifed my life has changed over night
