AFC Bournemouth Head Coach Gary O’Neil joined us after his morning training session to make his Vitality Speaker Series debut. With The Cherries fighting for Premier League survival and occupational burnout in the spotlight, we heard first-hand about life in the pressure cooker as a top-flight manager.

Gary O'Neil has been the head coach of AFC Bournemouth since August 2022. As a player, the midfielder made 214 Premier League appearances across spells with Portsmouth, Middlesbrough, West Ham United and Norwich City. He scored 16 goals and provided 16 assists in the competition.
