That is not a track....it's point into the bush and start whacking..🤔🤔....I was worn out 2 3/4 video's ago.....don't know if you are adventurous or crazy...you tell us! Great ride guys! Garth
It's also a good idea to change out the plastic filter with a metal one due to the plastic ones splitting at the seam sometimes. 50psi can blow them apart. Cheers
Yer man that track was crazy steep. And most of the rocks turned to dust as you slipped on them. That was a hard day at the office. But way better than working. 😁
Mate episode 3 launches tomorrow (Friday 5pm) And yes I asked myself that. But all I could come up with. Is this is still better than working. But I must admit it was getting very concerning at times. I mean the sun goes down at some point and I had no headlight working. Come to think of it. Its still not working maybe I should look into that. Cheers Steve
well dam, glad that i have never found a track like that yet 😮 darn good video mate and well edited 🙃👍 yeah your mate needs a chin mount 🤣 no good being a telly tubby 🤣 keep well you two and ride safe-ish 😉🍺
This is true. I did have a look on satellite imagery first. And saw what looked like bits and pieces of a track. I suppose you never know until you go. Maybe that's half the adventure. Defiantly not the first time Google has sent me up the garden path. And to make it even funnier this was actually called a road on the map.
Mate these things are cheap as chips. In 2 seconds you can pop a new one in. they fold away to nothing and if you ever get pulled up your legal. 👌 www.mxstore.com.au/p/Ballards-Folding-Mirror-Set/29-L35-108-b
hahaha , dont yah love it when you find a "TRACK from HELL" 🤣😂 nealy kills yah but when you get out you feel sooo good 😁👌 even when your knacked 😎👍 cant wait for the next part 😎 keep well mate and ride safe-ish 😉🍺
Mate if your Sister lives there, best you go visit. There are so many side tracks out there that are not on any map that I saw. And great riding in that area. If its not overgrown that is. Ha Ha
that looked fun but hard mate 😎👌 at that speed your mate would have been fine going down to 5-6psi with a tubed tyre 😁 but if riding fast then deff a no go 🤔 ran my ttr250 once down to 4 or less psi to get up a rough as guts track (steep rutted and wet ) then road it home (120ks) no real problem . only found out i had let it down that far when i pumped it back up the next day 🤣. next time i might take a gadge and pump it back up 😮😮🤔 keep well mate and ride safe-ish😉🍺 ps , i run D606 front and rear😁👍
Phil's rear tyre started to come off the bead. And for some reason drop pressure out. He was around 12psi. After he pumped it up a bit it did seem to last the rest of the day. I did like that track. The next one not so much 😱
Thanks for the reply. They’ve had a huge amount of rain in April/may, and plenty of storms since. I was hoping you went through after that so I could see how the track was running.
@@pauldavies5541 be interesting to see but appart from slippery rocks and deep mud puddles it should be still good. Mite take a saw just in case. The next vid track. Bugger going in there after all that rain
Hey Jimmy yes I have dropped back to 4psi on the rear for the hard stuff still use around 7 or 8 for the more flowy rides otherwise the tyre starts to fold over in the corners. I run 4 in my Trials bike and that tyre is super soft.
there was a chicken track around that first hill you all got stuck on .. there is also a single trail in their that goes continuiously for over 1.5 hours , the hardest hill there is HELLTHORPE hill , its carved on a tree (welcome to hell)
Mate that's cool. Can you drop me a pin on maps to Hellthorpe hill if you can. I'm intrigued. Also to the start of the single trail if you have it I mite need to go check this out. Thanks
Yes Mungungo pub is a great place to camp and base yourself for a few days. As far as the naughty word track goes I can't remember. There are so many tracks in that areas. You could spend a week up there exploring.
Thats a good question. I believe its a zumo xt from my experience with Phil its hit and miss. Goes off track a bit. I still like using gaia on my phone but it can be incorrect sometimes as well. I have not seen the perfect system yet. But going very remote i would probably use a garmin.
Awesome comments from another Victorian legend thank you for the upload mad veiws and some sketchy puddles ,dams ha ha not quite im sure some of the darker water crossings were deeper than they appear to be. 10/10 👍🇦🇺💎
Yes at this point im starting to pick the hard line. I would ride a T7 through there. Just pick all the easy lines. Not as fun as a small bike on the hard stuff. But still well worth doing.
Thanks mate I'm putting a bit more of the track in there just to show everyone what its like in there. Hoping its not getting to boring but its such a cool track it deserves a few episodes. Thanks for watching and your comment.
@@simovision5894 it’s certainly not boring, I’m really enjoying your style of commentary, editing and where you ride. I think putting it all into multiple episodes works well, it gives people something to look forward too waiting for the next one, rather than cramming it all into one video….
