this is good but my best friend lucas rivera just ran a 5:08 at league and set a record for school i could honestly never because my PR in the mile is a 5:28.72

Im still in my moms womb as a fetus I run a 4:33 mile.

when i was in 8th grade my friend ran a 4:33 and ended up going to nationals, amazing to race someone like that.

Well I’m going to take the opposite approach to some of the people in the comments… I ran a PR of 5:30 as a freshman in high school. Running 5:18 in middle school is remarkable, awesome race

Good time, but work needs to be done on pacing. The first lap was on pace for 4:51, but you feel off a ton towards the end

My god! Dude. My best is Litteraly 5:36, not only his he fast as hell but he did it Solo. My guy runs this pace Solo, and this is a really lazy and sad crowd. These cheers should be way higher. He's going into Varsity after this race.
