Italian here: during COVID i got a bad Epstein Barr infection, i was laying on my bed for 9 months. ALL i was able to eat were literally homemade (by me) low/zero carbs and high fats protein based (whey - casein - whole milk) based shakes/ puddings / smoothies /creams / etc with high quality fats and essential vitamins, omega 3, etc for a daily total of more than 5k calories. Results? Laying in bed for MONTHS and eating 5k calories and i lost 18kgs (39Lbs). ALL the governments /angencies recomendations are literally LIES lol. I mantained low carb diet and i never gained back a single pound btw

I believe Ancel Keys conspired by fraudulently presenting a “7 Country” study that was actually “22 countries” that actually showed no correlation whatsoever. Since then, the AHA, AMA, FDA, NIH, USDA, have all conspired to keep the fraud going in order to make people sick, keep them sick, keep them alive, and ultimately make billions of dollars. I am aware that those in Egypt liked their grains. And back then their bread was not processed food as it is today. Moobs are found in men who are overweight, so certainly that would be a logical cause of their breast moobs. They did also eat animals. Eating seed oils is not the healthiest choice, as they have lots of calories. I have never heard before that wheat has phytoestrogens (which are a WEAK variation of estrogens found in humans, as Estradiol). In addition, phyto (plant) estrogens are Beta, and actually LOWER estrogen amounts in men and women and have been proven in multiple studies to be healthy for women with breast cancer and men with prostate cancer (and to prevent those cancers), while animal products have Alpha/growth stimulating properties. The humans who diss phytoestrogens, as in soy, ignore all of the animal hormones they eat in their daily meals. Humans have no need for any amount of non-human animal hormones. From my research, wheat GERM has some phytoestrogens, but the germ is a small part of the entire wheat kernel.

There is no real proof that we evolved in this way. Learn about the existence of the Nephilim that were structured differently than us with very big skulls. Man has eaten both plants ( fruits ) and meat from animals from the beginning. Look at the story of Cain and Abel. I've been hard keto 21 months, all my markers haved moved advantageously, 15% body mass gone , mostly fat. Dodgy toe fungus disappeared too. My doctor is fine with it , says keep doing what I'm doing.
