I started this channel in 2018 as a way to document my journey after quitting my desk job. I traveled the world on the cheap while making vlogs. That lasted until the pandemic hit.
Today, my primary focus is on my other channel Tony Teaches Tech, but I will be posting videos here at least once a year.
I bought the same scanner for about 1,000 photos, I love it! It was also able to scan badly curled photos one at a time, still faster than a flatbed. The old albums left sticky residue on the photos, I discarded those albums and bought “archival tissue” to separate the photos and protect them from further damage. I bundled photos in piles with belts of ordinary paper secured with scotch tape. This scanner also does a great job with documents or receipts to create PDF files.
Hey so i'm going to costa rica where there is no wi-fi. So you're suggesting I purchase the sim card once I land in costa rica? As opposed to getting one now here in canada and putting it in?
Tony, thanks for an informative post. My partner and I just moved to Spain. We signed up with Vodafone here and have new Spanish phone numbers. I'm wondering if we can use our new Spanish number as the cell phone number Google temporarily requires in order to port our American cell numbers from T-Mobile to Google.
I've read some possible healing properties of a ketogenic diet for PTS. I was diagnosed 4 months ago. Right thumb is still numb...can't fully reach over my head with right arm... overall energy is still quite low... I struggle with basic daily activities... has anyone tried keto to help healing? Thanks for this video brother
This is cool and a great use of the space, but I wouldn't do it. You never know when you'll have an emergency situation where you need to hop in the driver's seat and leave immediately.
So we’re moving to Colombia for few years. I want to keep our current cell phone numbers since we’ve had them literally over 20years. Once I port and cancel my US service with T-Mobile will I essentially receive and make WhatsApp phone calls and text messages as long as I have WiFi???
Great video! You did exactly what I'm planning to do soon: get first to the shrine by bus from Kii-Katsuura station and then go down the trail to the waterfall, catching the bus back to the station. Your video was a great reference, thanks!
I absolutely have no reason to doubt you, like you did man good for you and I hope me and my wife also are able, but like I somehow feel deceived and I feel like it’s not as simple as you made it seem. Idk maybe I’m just scared, or thinking it’s too good to be true.
I WAS pink however we ruined it over the years due the amount of chemicals we put on our body when we get in the water. I have been there many times and have pictures showing the very pink sand back in the late 90's
Hello thanks for the video, do I must have a number to forward my calls in or no need for that? I will travel so I need to transfer my phone number from T-mobile to Google voice. Please help, Thanks
When you port over the number and it ends your service with the carrier, are you then left with only WiFi calling at that point? I want to do this but wonder how and when before we leave the US?
Thanks for your Video! may i ask the month u visited? because the tower cone area seems dry. I heard that tower cone area has shallow water at rainy season
I need a blogger who can show the best B&B in Bermuda; also cottages on the beach. I used to live at Blue Horizons and they are a wonderful place to stay. A shout out to Brenda who is one of the owners. Also live in the Dagink area on Mckinley Base.
I’ve been to Bermuda and most of the products are imported, hence why they’re expensive. I went to Marks & Spencer’s and it wasn’t too bad in terms of price. I’ll prefer to go to Marks & Spencer’s and get proper British stuff, then get any of the American chemical processed stuff.
Bro, I am from India I really want to travel the world but I don't have money because I spend all my savings on my girlfriend who left me..😢..so please guide me how to save the money for traveling the world?
Hello, just to make sure with this process I can keep using my whatsapp with this number and then have a different sim in another country on the same phone?
Thanks for your video! Question: Do I get my e SIM card for Europe first and then port my US phone number? Or do I port my US number first and then get my eSIM. I currently have prepaid Verizon and want to use Orange eSIM prepaid. All and any advice appreciated.
