It didn't work for me, batch just opens up the winSCP but unable to automatically open the connection. When I manually select the connection and login. Debes colocar el .txt y el .bat en la carpeta de instalación de winscp , y en la tarea porgramada de windows en la pestaña de "acciones" en la pestaña de programa o script colocas la ruta del .bat, asi mismo donde dice "iniciar en" en la pestaña de "acciones" vuelves a colocar la ruta de instalacion del winscp
