Hi, can you help me with my doubt- if on the destination folder, a file already exist, when we run the sync script will it remove the existing file and move the file from source folder, so that after sync source folder and destination folder will have same number of files and same set of files? OR it will simply move the files from source to destination and thereby creating additional files in destination folder?
Dear comment, you install it and execute the commands correctly, the problem is that when you finish copying the files, the CMD console remains open. Is there any command to close it automatically after making the copy?
It didn't work for me, batch just opens up the winSCP but unable to automatically open the connection. When I manually select the connection and login. It fails with the error local2remote Can't get attribute of file 'C:/Users/myname/script=local2remote.txt' No suh file or directory Error code 2 It seems command is looking ofr local2remote.txt file on remote directory somehow. Could you please assist as its important to me\
Hello Mr. Apoorv Pandey Thank you for the video related to WinSCP file sync, I found it is very helpful, but have an issue in scheduling this in task manager for repeated synchronization (daily), Schedule task says it is successfully completed, but no files are synchronized. (it is run with admin privileges) if I manually run this bat file it gets executed and files get synchronized. it would be great if you could create a video on this or any hint for this issue.
