Hey there! I'm a content creator that uploads walkthroughs of most Zatch Bell games, but with a special twist... I make sure that all of the Japanese Zatch Bell games are translated into English in all of my videos! This includes old favorites like Electric Arena 2, Dream Tag Tournament, and even the short-lived but very recent Golden Memories gacha card game!
I also provide how-to-play videos for every walkthrough and play the games with anime color retexture mods for Dolphin emulator that you can find in the video's description! Some games even have translation patches that change the console games to English for the character names, spell charts, and menu text!

What bugs me in the Japanese and American versions of zatch Bell, 8ing didn't include othet characters that Zatch and Kiyo fought. Ex. Kalulu, Ropes etc.
I was wondering if you know where to find the soundtrack of this game? Maybe you have a rip of it? I have the rip soundtrack of Mamodo Battles. It seems the stages have the same music like Mamodo Battles but everthing else is different.
He looks great, especially with his little caper mask accessory in the game! As for Doronma, he's not a playable character. But he's the owner of a new shop in the Mochinoki City hub world where you can trade items for other items, instead of just buying them with gold like you do in Suzy's shop.
Yes, but it's easier to do it on iPhones and iPads. I play it on a BlueStacks emulator and also on my iPhone. For Android or BlueStacks emulator, you need to use the QooApp apk service to download the game app, since it won't be available in your Google Play store. From there, you can install and run the game. You just can't put money into it unless you go the extra mile of using a Japanese account to register. I know that I've only been with the series for about almost 2-3 years (thx to a friend for getting me into it). Watching the anime, reading the manga. And currently reading the sequel, to this song. It feels like I've been with it for many years qwq While listening to this song, I see so many images playing in my head. From moments in the old anime, to moments in the first manga being animated. All the way to Kiyomaroa nd Gash's reunion hug in the sequel manga TTATT God these two idiots what makes me smile even more then other anime shows can do XD Here is to many more adventures with Kiyomaro and Gash ^w^!
I just want to give you a sincere and heartfelt thank you for the work you've put in on Zatch Bell. The original is one of the best manga out there; I've read it many times even with the terrible quality of some of the scans. I really don't get why it's not more popular in the west. You've done an amazing job so far with the sequel series as well. I was flabbergasted when I saw Raiku announced it since I had no idea where the story could possibly go, but it's very interesting. I'm not quite sure I'm fully on board with all the new designs for old characters (looking at you, Kyanchome), but I can't deny the absolute hype I've felt seeing these characters that are so dear to me grown up. Every single chapter I'm furiously speculating on if we'll see more returning plot threads and characters, like if Kiyomaro can still use Answer-Talker. I'm still reserving judgment on these villains and all the new lore until everything is explained, but it's shaping up to be a wild ride. The original premise is so simple and clean: 100 children from another world battle every 1000 years to determine the ruler. The sequel's premise feels a lot more nuanced and complicated, and I'm excited to see where it goes.

Thank you for watching! :D And YES, there actually is! But it's a bit of a roundabout way to do it... "Dream shards" (little squares with the mamodo's face on them) are what you unlock that builds up toward gaining a new star for your mamodo. You can buy dream shards for mamodo you already own by using Suzy's shop. Whenever you summon dupes of a mamodo, you get a few yellowtail coins to go with it. In Suzy's shop, there's a section for gacha, which is the option in her shop that has a fish coin, an M coin, and a Zatch dream shard pictured on it. Click that, and then scroll down until you find the mamodo in your possession that you want to increase stars for. The first 20 times you do it for a specific mamodo, it costs 1 yellowtail coin for each purchase. Each time you purchase dream shards for the same mamodo after that, it starts to cost one more yellowtail coin for each purchase. It can get you a lot of dream shards, but it gets very pricey the more you do it. You'll first spend 20 yellowtail coins... and then the next time it'll be another 40... after that, it'll be another 60.... But it's worth it if you're trying hard to boost the stars on specific characters. I recently used that shop to get Zeno to 5 stars and it worked like a charm!

Did you stop the ZatchBell 2 manga edits? it's picking up again! And you are the best editor for its revival! Also OG ZatchBell diverged from the anime due to rushed ending, Faudo arc was so much better and my favorite! It was hype!
Hi, thank you for your praise! :) The Zatch Bell 2 manga presentation videos are on hold right now, but I promise they'll continue in the future. Right now, the priority has been on scanlating the actual manga itself with each new ZB2 chapter that gets released. That's still something I do with a partner, and that definitely isn't going away. The other priority is to update and improve the scanlation of the original Zatch Bell manga, as well as recreating the official English translation of the Viz Media manga that was discontinued years ago. We've got volumes 1 through 6 completed and volume 7 will be out very soon. You can find out more on the Zatch Bell subreddit! Once we get any kind of official news that the manga is going to be officially localized in English, I'll finally be in a much better position to continue making the Zatch Bell 2 manga presentation videos again. But until that happens, the fandom really needs something better than what we have for the current Konjiki no Gash scanlation quality since it was made two decades ago when no one knew what was going on in the series as it was being written, and e-book quality pages had been released since then.

Ahhhhhhh Thank you so much for the translation!!! I am super hyped playing this as I just found it a few days ago and is so fun! I can only read Hirigana so all the Katakana and Kanji has been destroying me right now trying to figure how to do things or what I need to do haha. I'm stuck at 2-15 and just all my members getting wiped out so this translation has helped me so far figure out the things I thought are correct and some I wasn't sure on for the basics!!! I'm a bit too late in playing for the Spring thing Tia has going on though since I think it ends 5/22 haha

You know I really hope Kolulu and Lori return, except as main characters instead of temporary characters this time and they help Zatch, Tia, Kiyo, Megumi, and the other main characters fight against evil throughout most of the Zatch Bell 2 series. And of course, now that Kolulu is more grown up, she'll have much better control over her "warrior mode".
Wow I never thought I would see a combo with Zeon and Leila in a battle now this was interesting. I noticed how Plaisir/Reverie referred to Leila as "Mistress Leila" so I wondered if Leila is a noble type although her design differs greatly from Patty or Papipurio she doesn't dress like a noble. She even seemed to know that Zeon is the prince so she definitely has a lot of political knowledge here. Most of the demons entering the battle royale did not even know about Zeon This was so much fun to watch glad I could watch it live with you! Thank you so much for translating I wonder if Zeon plans to backstab her at some point? idk I feel like this is going to happen or maybe she will backstab him I also love how both Sommiel and her name are French which is really cool I love that concept
Glad you enjoyed it! :D Apologies for the confusion, but the only reason that Plaisir called Laila "Mistress Laila" is actually because she was referring to both Zeno and Laila with the "sama" honorific. For this video that follows the English dub localization, I had that interpreted as Lord and Mistress. As for French names, they're actually all over this game! Surpreez is the French pronunciation of the word "surprise," and Plaisir is French for the word "pleasure." I can't take credit for this next one, but someone on Twitter also pointed out the very logical fact that the dream world where Sommeil first appeared is actually called "Reve," which is part of the word "Reverie." Oh, and when it comes to interpreting the events in the story, I'm tempted to actually write out a summary because of how cryptic some of it was... But one thing's for sure, Zeno and Dufort pieced together that Reverie's name suggests that the world they found themselves in was something regarding dreamlike states or the imagination. So Zeno surmises that the world they're in now is one where he can have a lot of fun making whatever he imagines into a reality. The potential for a continuation to this story arc is MASSIVE.
@@XZatchBellGamerX It's alright thank you for clearing that up I was a bit confused since Leila's design in particular does not spell noble/royal so I thought it was weird with the way she addressed her. I believe there is only one royal family in the entire demon world and the rest are either aristocrats or nobles, idk if there is only one kingdom or multiple ones since some demons like Papi, Maruss or Patty screamed "noble/elite/upper class" with the way they were dressed So she was just speaking to both of them at the same time then Although Leila does have horns like Gash, and her eyes are violet/purple (although in the anime its more pink) so idk if that is a connection or maybe she's just a special case? I know that Gash has horns because he also inherited Baou and it was also genetic since his father also has horns. Although Leila's powers are not lighting-based they are moon-based I'm pretty sure since she knew about Zeon, she definitely also knows how Gash is his brother I just love those French-themed names it's so cool thank you for that interesting info I never realized that Surpreez was also French. Did Raiku go to France at some point? I know he went to England to gather inspiration for his og manga but idk if he actually went to France This story is definitely very cryptic I agree but this dream world they created is a really interesting concept like it feels like a dream but it's not at the same time I feel like that's what it is about

Of the motion manga? I'm not sure unfortunately... Hopefully soon. If we can get an official English release for the manga that would help free up my schedule a lot. I would be able to balance my time between these and the mobile game videos.
Right now, the only way is to use Google Lens as an on-screen translator after you're downloaded it to an emulator. I still plan to release more gameplay in the coming weeks, but all of the Zatch Bell manga content coming out recently has been taking priority.
I wonder why they took out the Professor D'artagnan and Teacher's Wife background cameos in Fairywoods and Mochinoki Dept Store in the english Mamodo Battles.

ur channel's lack of views has less to do with your skills and more to do with people not even realising there's a sequel, one of them being me😂😂😂 But please I hope you do the Faudo arc, I remember you said you wouldn't do what the anime covered but that was just filler made by the studio bc the author broke his hand. So we never really saw the second half of Faudo adapted.

I do agree, it's tough to get a massive reception when the series is so niche lol This is because its license holders are abysmal when it comes to doing anything for the English-speaking fans. But what can ya do I know that the Faudo arc needs this kind of treatment as well, so it's definitely not out of the question for me. But I do need to prioritize other projects in the meantime, so we'll just have to wait and see what the future holds. :)
I love you for the fact that your choice of music for each scene is spot on which is what I do when reading the chapters example Speed Shobu whenever speed is a factor, treasure fighter when hype moment etc. It makes it feel like the show is still airing and intensifies the immersion. I can still hear the characters voices. Faudo arc was insane, and I damn near broke "treasure fighter" lool edit: I also recommend some of the ost from the game Momodo fighters, amazon rainforest is good too for varieties sake!
I love this idea, thank you! I normally steer clear of the English dub music (even though I love it dearly) partially out of respect for the composer, but also because people seem to prefer the original Japanese 90% of the time. However, the Mamodo Battles soundtracks were the same in Japanese, so I could certainly use some of those from time to time! I'll be sure to do that. And yes, Treasure Fighter is a GEM! :D
This was so fun and adorable to watch I love it! Ngl those chocolates made me crave some they look so good XD. I'm surprised they didn't include Tio in since she had more romantic feelings for Gash than Patty. I'll be honest, even in the sequel with Gash as an adult, I still find it hard to simp for him, since he looks like he's 14 even if he is mentally 19 XD. I can relate to him so much I'm an adult over 20 and I'm around the same height as him so I relate to him strongly since we both have a height complex I just hate how short I am as well and we both have baby faces I am still so curious as to who those demons are I can't wait to find out more about the story But this was so fun to watch thank you so much for translating and sharing!

And whenever the next event-exclusive story comes out, I'll be sure to translate that one just the same way. I'm trying to work my way through the main story for Sommeil, but it's not easy... the valentine event had the story episodes all lined up for you to watch after completing quests of a reasonable difficulty. But for the main story itself, the quests get progressively tougher and you can only see what happens next after you complete a certain number of them... so I can sometimes go days or even weeks before reaching the next episode segment. lol But I'll do everything I can to bring it over to this channel in English!
