I watch quite a few youtube channels, cant believe you only have 5.2k, this will increase very quick with the content you put out. 2 things, whos the camera man??? its not Howard is it? Secondly, with regards your DJ background, do you know the Metcalfe brothers?

I could watch a Wayne Cam all day, it is so calming....you guys gel together so well, Dave is so laid back and lets you all do your thing in your own way, great viewing

Been listening to a lot of the podcasts you do with Joe and you always bang on consumer rights and they can return the car in 3 months ,when you take trade ins and it’s a shed of the car which the customer has misled you , don’t you have any rights !!can you return the car ?
Well done in your response the 1star review. Unfortunately these types of people do cross our paths occasionally and they behave the exact same way with everyone they come into contact with regardless of what anyone may do to try and please them. Keep up the good work, I have a much better understanding of how Car Dealers work now and the margins costs etc which I will be aware of when looking for my next vehicle and trading in my car. Hiya fellas, great video and sorry to hear about the scammer trader 😡. In terms of your pitch, I’d leave the exterior (sign) alone - looks great on the videos. I think concentrating on the inside (mdf panels) would be better.
You got some great stock. When people call consistently, that is a red flag. But looking at your reviews, you got loads of 5 stars, so people will look at bad review negatively and have great confidence in buying from you. That Mokka is a nice colour. Loving the content.
Apologies to anybody who has been offended by my opinion of the Mokka colour. It’s not to my taste but I obviously wouldn’t rip it in front of a potential customer. People like what they like. Interestingly though, I looked through the old Mokka brochure and discovered the official Vauxhall paint code is “Nan’s Piss Yellow”

Every car needs a Gott mod (Black wheels and de-cromed) it definitly looked good, GREAT response to the one star review, cant stand people like that, I think i would of took him to the train staion.
You reviewer was clearly taking the piss. He had the audacity to write the worst possible review and yet upload pictures of a mint Porsch that some people would give their eye teeth for. Trader my arse. Chancer more like.

Ffs, guy was a trader, you should have made that clear in your reply, but some people, you get a feeling about them, as soon as he tried the wideboy pish I’d have shown him the door…
By this point I would have hoped you could spot the difference between a real trader and a retail customer on the phone! If they walk like a retail customer and talk like a retail customer. Then they are a retail customer!!! Traders don't write reviews!
When it comes to getting a bit of job related stress remember "if it wasn't this it would only be something else." There'll always be a problem. Key is having a good people around you who have your back, that's what makes work manageable 👌
