I love running, even more than the gym actually! But could I ask how do you balance between the gym and running? It feels like i prioritise running over the gym
I’m no expert by any means just another idiot running more then i should I think it comes down to finding a rhythm that fits your life best and is actually sustainable. My current training schedule is a 6/7day bro split with 3 runs. ( rest is important but I believe your body tells you when it’s really needed ) Prioritize a good diet and great ways of recovery like sauna etc If you need the in detail training split let me know : )
@@ilse_22 1 chest ( sometimes add triceps ) + run 2 back ( sometimes add biceps ) + run 3 shoulders 4 legs 5 run 6 arms ( mainly tricep & bicep focused, changes up every couple weeks + a little bit of shoulders too ) 7 After the 6th day I start again from 1st, it just fits my working schedule best like this but you can add a rest day, an extra leg day or whatever fits your split best. As for rest days, again I kind of just go on a whim, the body tells me when it’s probably best to rest once every couple weeks

Every summer I make the choice, do I work a lot and make money or do I try to make memories and spend money. I regret it no matter what, this really put that into perspective for me
God that question has plagued me as well for so long and honestly, investing in myself has brought a lot more happiness then any party has. Unless you have the right friend group I say just focus on you until eventually you have the right social circle

I would like to keep my opinion over here , which is a bit different from you but I know you will understand . Sometimes, with humans we should take some calculated risks , not to completely attach ourselves with them but to invest some time with them . When I was 11 years old , I used to think that listening to old grandpas is so useless and waste of time but as time went by , I listened to them . They told me certain things about life , country , nationalism , health , education , welding etc.. I wish I can listen to them more . To understand life more . I regularly visited the park in the evening , so I can listen to them . Yes, don't be so invested in someone that all you want is to be a part of their story , CREATE YOUR OWN STORY (story of your life) , but don't let your thoughts keep you away from making memories that you will remember till the end :) . Please let me know if you have some point to add in it . I am a developing human , if I am wrong I would like to know about it :) 🙏

The only point I would bring to you, which applies to me at least is, I think especially with people there’s a difference between taking risks and being reckless. Obviously you’ll be the judge of which one is which, or whether you’re willing to learn something even from the most unexpected places and people. So I think you’re 100% right, some mistakes need doing, other people will know stuff you don’t know. Yet I I would not personally bring into my life people who do not align to my lifestyle. Character is something that needs to be like silver , which has gone through fire 7 seven times , but some people do not understand or give importance to it , which is why they are never able to understand why they don't want something or they want it . Here’s a metaphor to get it: If you suddenly woke up tomorrow as a car, fear would essentially be both the breaks and the engine. It’s up to you to use them accordingly
