Why do we always run away from struggle? Is asking ourselves a few hard questions and giving ourselves a few honest answers so hard?
I recently have been thinking a lot more than usual, asking deep questions about myself and my life. The answers I was seeking were always behind a wall of struggle, wether it took a few bad days or some emotionally / mentally challenging hours, leaning into that uncomfortable feeling, embracing it, and sitting with it like an old friend has brought to me new ways to see.
In all we must be grateful for the struggle we face, as ultimately it is what shapes us into our best self.
Don't face the other way next time you feel uncomfortable.
