I have 1966 Rowe, it's similar to the Tropicana, with he chrome and the same kooky feature with turning graphics X's 2. Every so often, it won't retrieve a 45, apparently because it's missing it's mark and the grabber lands between the record. I can't pinpoint what is going on with it. Doesn't happen very often but still kind of annoying. The up side is that it does have the same sound system that includes 4 speakers with "stereo in the round". I laughed out loud when I saw the Arista record label and knew it was BM. I have that on my jukebox. Anywho, thanks for the insights.!
For Christmas 🎄 I got the victrola table top cd 💿 Blue tooth 🦷 2 10 watt speakers 🔊 most of my music 🎶 right now is on my iPhone 📱 this thing is so crazy loud I put it on only halfway up from my phone because the sound of the base is loud I have it in my apartment living room any louder then halfway then the walls will start vibrating lol 😂 I love ❤️ this jukebox lol 😂this is great 👍
I Have one of these.Great jukebox.Had to downsize so it will have to be put up for sale.Very reluctant sale.I’ve owned it for over 10 years .Complete with soul and Motown.100 records 200 selections.
The timekeeper battery chip is not hard to find. There are you tube videos showing how to connect a 3,5 volt button battery to the chip so you don't need to replace the chip anymore
Hi. Can you make a video demonstrating where the fuses on one of these machines are located? I have an Emerald ICE JUKEBOX EV.1 which is basically like this one your showing. Thanks, Efrain
Can you make a video on where to locate the fuses on one of these NSM JUKEBOX? I have an Emerald ICE displaying error 60. It says you should check the fuses. Where r they located? Thanks.
Hi Tyler. my problem is it is stuck on credits yet I have not used money in it for years. I know there is a cancel code to let it play without money. Do you know this code by any chance. I have tried the internet and cannot find it. thank you Eileen Ireland
Hi my family imported the whole line of CD100 from Rowe AMI. I got 33 of them… 16 of them are working with their corresponding original parts and amps…These working ones used to be at bars but Sadly The economy made a toll to the jukebox business down here in Argentina. Now I sell the whole lot as a package, if your interested lets link up! I really enjoy your channel. Logistics may be difficult but there’s money to be made…
I have this exact machine in the front room of my house. It came out of a high school staff room, so it was in really clean shape when it was given to me. I've got to recap the amplifier but other than that it's fully operational and chock full of 45's. Fun thing to have around!
Thanks for sharing! Did you / do you use the original motor to spin the new Disco Ball? I presume you just drilled a hole in the top and the bottom of a generic 6" Disco Ball from eBay or amazon correct? Getting ready to do this my self because the disco ball had pealing chrome
Yep you nailed it, a cheap generic mirror ball and I used the original motor. Drill through the foam and be sure that its centered and true or the mirror ball will be off-center.
Would love to see your process how you get the boxes in moved around and how you have your shop setup , also always enjoy your videos how did you learn your craft
This all started because I wanted a jukebox for my garage. I'm a tinkerer but not a real jukebox technician. 1 machine turned in to 2 and then 3 and before I knew it I had a garage full of these things. I have an actual jukebox technician that does the repairs, I do the low level unskilled labor... For now I'm still just a grunt but I have learnt allot.
Curious if you have a value on that. I have one I inherited from my mother. It's in great shape other than needing a cleaning. It's comparable to the condition of the one in your video. Same make and model.
I'm in northern BC, Canada and just saw one that needs "TLC" and they want $550, down from $1000 they wanted a few weeks ago. I just came to look them up and see what they were worth. Obviously not $1000 here.
