Why couldn't this circuit work without last capacitor???

Could you make a fireworks sound effect circuit using a 555 timer? Basically it would be a riser sound effect followed by an explosion sound effect.

I tried it &got output tqsm sir for explaining it very clearly.. Sir please provide report for the above touch alarm circuit
