So many people praising these for views, you need to list the cons first because what you learn after finding all the negatives is that none of the pros matter with those cons . Total garbage headset imo
Fascinating and thought-provoking video! The potential dangers of AI are indeed alarming and warrant careful consideration. As we continue to develop and integrate AI into various aspects of our lives, let's hope that by acknowledging these risks, we can work towards ensuring AI is developed and utilized responsibly, for the betterment of humanity. Thanks for sharing this insightful content!😊
My thoughts as an ex Volvo Sales manager - No information cluster in front of the wheel, so taking eyes off the road to see speed etc is a major step back for Volvo, especially with safety at their core. - Car feels incredibly cheap and budget compared to the other SPA platform cars. - Rear seats are terribly positioned. The leg angle has the knees far too high which makes it not very comfortable, especially for larger folks. Taller, or wider!! - Sound in the rear is also terrible. Having one sound bar at the front doesn't give the rear a good sound range. I sat in the rear and tested it with many different EQ's and tracks. Terrible all over. - Having everything run through the centre display is clunky. Adjustment of the wing mirrors is a major step back from the previous Volvo standard. - Volvo have taken a big step backwards with the windscreen washer jets now moving back to being sprays. They were put in the wiper blades themselves as a safety feature, so it didn't cover the whole windshield and thus block vision, but they've now gone back to the less safe function. - Putting the gear selecter on the right hand stalk is just a mental step backwards. The EX40 is definitely a much superior vehicle. Not even remotely impressed with the EX30.
From the direct source 🎉, love it. I agree in that this model leaves a lot to be desired. One of the reasons I agree with you is that in South African Volvo is already a premium brand and still leaves a lot to be desired at this price point. Now that you have mentioned these real concerns, perhaps a starting value at half a million would have been more reasonable with the limited features this car model comes with. Effectively, for this price point, I would be more comfy getting their latest fuel model at the same price range for sure. Thanks for the detailed input 🙂
@@ayvep For not a lot more money (here in the UK anyway), the XC40 offers a considerable amount more, with the same build quality, same and trusted features that Volvo have had for years without the cutbacks. A preowned EX40 (XC40 of old) has all of the benefits while also benefiting from the depreciation already being paid for by someone else :) In a few months I'll be purchasing a preowned Polestar 2 and I cannot wait!
I agree Mika, I share the same views as you on that one. It’s tiny and that is not really a flaw but it is a limitation for sure for families looking for a car at the same price range since that price is usually one for family cars.
@@ayvep "Interesting viewpoint, why is that mate?" == It's not only my opinion, it's a consensus. www.google.com/search?client=firefox-b-1-d&q=Why+EVs+don%27t+work. The reasons are too many to write down here.
Re: issue 3, crime... You certainly can lock the doors whilst inside and charging. I think the issue you will have heard about is that there is no way to pull out the charging plug without getting out of your car. There are a couple of ways to solve this. First, EVJect is a sacrificial adaptor that in an emergency allows you to stop the charge from within your car (on the charging screen) and then drive off, causing the charging handle and cable to drop to the floor. Second, we've seen Tesla explore charging options that do away with this issue. Either a robot arm comes out and plugs in for you, or the car has an underfloor plate for wireless charging (which can be better than 90% efficient, matching cable charging efficiency). I think you're right that SA will need to approach public charging (and maybe at home charging) differently for the reasons you stated. You've got a good insight into the potential problems. I'm guessing Elon is well aware of many or all of these issues, being SA born and bred. Hopefully battery and solar solutions are coming to help smooth the grid problems and eventually make public and home charging viable.
Thanks for clarifying the TESLA issues mate 🙂, it sounds like there are no more safety issues around EV charging protocols. I think the main issues we have are scaling EV technology. People can obviously build their own private electric charging stations that they can - maybe - service out to people but sustaining that would NOT be easy at the very least. Also, I think our electricity grid is very unstable to bring in EVs and until we solve this biggest flaw we cannot quite break ground into seeing our streets flooded with EVs or even producing our own EVs. Thnaks for the informative take on this 😊. Take it easy.
With all the crime in SA, it is better to drive an old beaten-up car! Lots of food for thought there in you excellent analysis. (subscribed!) IMO some legacy car makers, in particular Toyota, Nissan, will become niche brands for developing markets, when the rest of the big markets follow Norway and China in EV adoption. The USA is also slower to transition, because of traditionalism and the long distances people drive there, opposed to Europe or China. Take care
Thanks for sharing mate. And I agree with you, legacy car makers will certainly increase their market if the other brands decide to go full electric. But, we remain hopeful, if one of the above issues mentioned in the video could be solved, then we can make some serious strides toward having a cleaner transport means. There is plenty to say as I left everything open ended and will be sharing more thoughts in the next video 😊.
Excellent points indeed sir! I second most of those pointers but I believe it’s not all doom and gloom, the issues you have mentioned are all redeemable 🎉😊. Thank you!

@ayvep could you please let me know if you are still facing any issues with over heating after software updates or is it still the same,I currently have an iphone 13 128 gb and looking to upgrade it to iphone 15 plus 256gb or go for iphone 14 plus
Hi mate, so I no longer experience those side issues. I need to actually give a proper video update but Apple seems to have fixed those issues two updates down the line. So, you will now get normal thermal issues just like on any other phone when you purchase that new plus iPhone line ups.
Aahahahhahahaha the software updates should improve things man. But this was quite a hard one to review since there was almost no synergy between hardware and software!!!
Honestly, this phone has been quite hard to review beause I was just often discouraged by all of the the software buggy 🐛 issues and especially the overheating issues this phone has. Anyways, I hope less people got these issues!
Hello, I also have issues with my iPhone 15Plus for example lagging and fps drops when unlocking or multitasking with swiping the home bar left or right. I hope these bugs will get fixed in ios17.5 Btw good video✌️👏
Well just got APP 2 and surprised how much better they’re vs competition in spite of all negativity thrown here and everywhere else…. Got mine with new update and quite frankly I wasn’t expecting anything close to this sound quality (bass included)… with your suggestion we may as well wait for XM10 and Buds 6 pro!
Interesting take indeed. So after a while of reading some reviews online on the APP 2, I do see merit in upgrading especially in sound improvement, I don’t doubt apple in that regard but for most people who aren’t audiophiles, I wouldn’t recommend upgrading at all.
@@ayvep Apple’s objective is controlling people! Forget what we’d like, want or need. Apple imposes your want/need whether you like or not. After decades of this nonsense I’ll move on slowly but surely
Wow congratulations 🎊. I think if there is a good offer for your old phone into getting a new one, I say go for it. Glad you have the iPhone 15, I will be reviewing the iPhone 15 plus for my next video so stick around for that.
Congratulations mate 🎉, loving this for you. And they should work well with your Samsung device as well, can you track their location with your Samsung phone?
@@Andrei-Eduardgotcha, yeah it’s a little annoying but Apple is looking out for themselves and I do not even think they would allow anyone to develop such an App for android devices.
Airpods Pro 2 USB-C (2023) is actually future proof right now having 5GHZ that can deliver lossless audio... unfortunately, new iPhone 15s don't have H2 chip, only the upcoming Vision Pro
That’s something I did not know actually. I also hate that the newer iPhone 15s have overheating issue for some weird reason. However, the AirPods 2023 version seem to be truly future-proof, you’re right because that’s the trajectory Apple is taking with all their products and lightning will soon be phased out entirely much like intel macs 👏👏🙌🏼🙏
@@ayvep I did. I was feeling that my cell reception was not as good as it used to before especially in certain areas of the city. Upgrading definitely improved thatZ
I bought the iPhone 11 when the iPhone 13 came out. For $540, I had no complaints. Now, I traded in the phone for the iPhone 15 Pro using the AT&T trade-in promo ($830 trade credit). If anything, that is an appreciating value from my iPhone 11.
A phone is a device used for placing phone calls, seriously. It shouldn't be a photo camera, a video camera, a fax machine, game console, or a computer.
Great quality workkkk, fine-made video, enjoyed everything in this video !!!!! Soooooo ampppeedddd and always excited for what is to come🤗 keep up the awesome-filled, eloquently presented and well researched videos..
