Am I missing something? Ive just bought the QL600 and parts dont match whats in this video. The "carriers" mentioned are not in the pack or description. There is a runner and a tackle but no carrier.
Can you please update your video settings, so that they don't require RU-vid premium to download? This content is not copyrighted, surely? I'd like to put them on an SD card in the box, since I had to remove them for my current apartment, but will likely put them up at the next place. If youtube removes the videos or you go out of business, I no longer have a 'manual' unless I grab these from where you're hosting them, which is currently only RU-vid and they want me to pay a subscription fee to access your videos to download them.

For example “open curtains.” If it tuya or smart life is linked to Alexa, you can now say, “Alexa, turn on open curtains” If you don’t want to use this phrase, you can create a routine in Alexa to link to this scene. In Alexa app, select more from the bottom, routines, + icon top right, Add an action, smart home, scenes, select the allocated scene.

Hi, In regards to the battery, the % bar changes, it might increase or decrease due to other factors like temperature. Please continue using the lock and the battery percentage might go back to near 100%. Quoya Support Team
I purchased this from you on Amazon. It's installed correctly and connected to a hub for remote access. The advert states it's compatible with Google assistant, but even after relinking my smart life and Google accounts, it doesn't show up on the Google home devices with all my other smart life products. Any advice?
The part that attached to the wall bracket that goes on the rod itself where are those ?! I just purchased wall brackets and now it still doesn’t work!!
