@@-justlizzy-Dc2 Ciao potresti indicarmi il modello specifico della psp che hai ? La mia è la primissima... 1004, fino alla 3004 il procedimento è il solito... non so la tua quale sia. Fammi sapere !!
hello, I'm from Indonesia, I'm a geomatics engineering student, I'm interested in your video comparing the results of agisoft vs 3D gaussian, at video time 4:42 how to change from gaussian to .obj file? at video time 4:51 what application to use to open .obj 3D gaussian splatting files?
Such a well(!) structured and easy to follow presentation on a not so easy to understand topic. Of course i have some background because i train splats for a while now BUT i think that you are very(!) good in explaining something that is complex in easy to understand terms and graphics. Such a great ability! I would love to see and hear more from you on that specific topic. Greetings from Germany!
stop with the music it's pointless. We're here for info not some club crap. Also the quality of the video is so bad, we can't even see any details worth noting. You didn't zoom in for a clear comparison to show a real A-B difference. The video is sped up too fast so the constant movements remove our ability to be able to see anything noteworthy.
Unfortunatelly i am recording with OBS studio, and i am having problems with post rendering on premiere, hope soon to show in better ways all the process, and of course this is just a video to show in general how it works all the process and general outputs. As i said soon i will post others videos more clear in both terms of metrics and resolution rendering.
@@dariobilli1997 Hey, thanks for the response. At the time I was quite stressed so I took out some of my frustration in my critique of your video. Still, you don't need music for these kinds of videos. Narration is much more valuable and interesting. And if you must have music for the algorithm then use something ambient and gentle. Dance music, anything with a hard beat and aggressive sounds will distract anyone from what they're seeing and prevent you from being able to focus properly on the content in the video.
soon i will post detailed videos, for many datasets especially NON-LAMBERTIAN, TRANSPARENT AND MATT SURFACES the gaussian splatting+SuGaR seem to be really nice. Soon i will explore metrics parameters ecc !!
Thanks for putting the work in to make this comparison and video, i am sure many people will fin it helpful. Are you able to share the output meshes (or a section of them) on somewhere like Sketchfab so that people can inspect and compare details / wireframes / polycounts?

For metashape is only one script that allow to export all the cameras coordinates in a format that 3dgs can read !!! instead of using COLMAP that can have difficulties to align large number of images
